Making waves across the nation, the Texas GOP’s recent platform calls for a state referendum on secession from the United States Here’s what you need to know.
The Texas GOP Platform Committee 2022 has called for a referendum on secession from the United States. The platform reads: “Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and the Texas Legislature should be called upon to pass a referendum consistent thereto.”
The Texas GOP does not recognize the legitimacy of Joe Biden as President of the United States, saying“We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States…”
“We believe that the 2020 election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that various secretaries of state illegally circumvented their state legislatures in conducting their elections in multiple ways, including by allowing ballots to be received after November 3, 2020. We believe that substantial election fraud in key metropolitan areas significantly affected the results in five key states in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.”
The Texas GOP’s raises the issue of Pennsylvania’s manner of counting of mail-in ballots in 2020 which were received after the state law deadline, even if they did not have a postmark, after the PA Supreme Court said it could do so. However, Article II of the US Constitution gives the authority for make election law solely to state legislatures, not courts or the executive branch.
The PA Supreme Court ruled, contrary to state law, that ballots that did not have a postmark would be “presumed” to have been mailed by election day, saying in the decision: “ballots received…that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing, or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is illegible, will be presumed to have been mailed by Election Day unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that it was mailed after Election Day.”
As well, in a lawsuit the Trump campaign argued that Pennsylvania’s election code makes it clear that officials are required to compare the information on the mail-in ballot envelope, including a voter’s signature. The PA Supreme Court allowed ballots with no signature match to be counted. Typically when a signature match on the outer envelope is questioned in mail-in voting, the voter is contacted by the election department to verify that the voter cast the vote.
This would make it possible to add any number of ballots without proof of mailing after election day, without a signature that would be verified.

In Wisconsin, another key swing state, a state judge has ruled that drop-boxes are illegal. Minnesota news site Alpha News reported:
“Waukesha County Judge Michael Bohren on Thursday ruled that the Wisconsin Elections Commission cannot create a new way of voting in the state.
“I’m satisfied that there is no authority, no statutory authority to issue, to have drop boxes used for the collection of absentee ballots,” the judge ruled.
More to the point, the judge said Wisconsin law allows for just two ways to cast a ballot — in person or through the mail.…The statute is clear. It’s not ambiguous,”
“an absentee ballot envelope, in which the cast absentee ballot is placed, must be “mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.”
PA and WI together would overturn the election for Trump.
In both Wisconsin and Michigan, large middle of the night ballot jumps 100% for Biden which overtook Trump have never been explained. Texas sits atop the Permian Basin, a relatively recently discovered depository of oil and shale which rivals the amount of petroleum energy in Saudi Arabia. The Odessa American: “Basin rivals Saudi Arabia, Russia in oil production.” An independent Texas would have a source of resources and wealth which would make it economically viable.

Despite being portrayed in the media, as a vindication for the 2020 Biden vote in Arizona, the Cyber Ninjas report released by that audit contractor listed over 50,000 ballots which were either mail-in ballots voted from a prior address, potential voters who voted in multiple counties, or showed more ballots returned by the voter than received. The margin of victory for Biden in AZ was a mere 11,000 votes. The report also detailed “Logs… intentionally rolled over,” “all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election…fully cleared,” “Ballot images corrupt or missing,” and “Files.. missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.”
Any movement by Texas toward independence would likely increase pressure on nearby states with similar political cultures, namely, the arc described by Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
None other than Rachel Maddow makes the point that the Jan. 6 protesters who, in her words, “breached” the Capitol building, were a mile away from where Trump was giving his speech. The committee attempts to make the connection between events at the Capitol and Trump’s speech.
The point could not be more important. As the committee seeks to build a case against Trump for “inciting” protesters to violence, severing the connection between Trump’s words that afternoon and what was happening a mile away, without exaggeration, means that everyone can go home.
But rather than “breach” the Capitol, recent video obtained from the DOJ shows hundreds of protesters being politely allowed into the building and waved into the inner chambers. In the video, a half-dozen Capitol Police walk unconcernedly past protesters entering the inner doors, looking for all the world like a gaggle of Midwestern tourists looking for the 3:30 park ranger tour.
But the Jan. 6 Committee Follies do not end there, consisting of six Democrats and the two Republicans in Congress who hate Trump the most, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. Only a few days in, the committee has already been caught altering evidence, omitting key evidence, and proceeding in a manner which Alan Dershowitz has said would get any prosecutor “disbarred.”
For one, the committee edited out key words from Trump’s speech that day, in a video montage which connects Trump’s speech to events at the Capitol. In the slickly produced montage Trump’s words are cut off at the moment he says that protesters should conduct themselves “patriotically and peacefully.”
The doctored wording made it sound as if he was calling for Pence to unilaterally change the election.

The below excerpt from the film shows the researchers discussing a massive discrepancy in Gwinnent County.
Similarly, Palast alleges that the film claims that mules “stuffed 226,590 ballots into Detroit area drop boxes, way more than the total number of all mail-in ballots .” But the film never alleges this. The 226,590 figure includes all of Michigan counties examined, not just Wayne County, the seat of Detroit.
These factual errors on the part of the well-known liberal reporter Palast betray either poor comprehension of the film, which would dismiss his entire “debunk,” of a deliberate attempt to deceive.

As of April 6, 2022, twelve bills aimed at increasing legislative oversight of gubernatorial emergency power authority have been enacted in nine states, including Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah. But the law in Kansas is the most restrictive on the governor.
The governors are the key to the COVID agenda, and are now similar to Herod and the Roman provincial governors of that time, who acted as emperors within their own smaller realms and had power of life and death.
As world governments and media stand by and say nothing, people in Shanghai are even jumping to their deaths while facing starvation during a brutal lockdown in which people cannot leave their apartments for any reason, except medical emergency. The exercise of raw power is based on what the Xi government says is a health threat from COVID, a 99.8% recovery rate virus for which cases are detected by deeply flawed PCR tests. Thus rather than die of COVID, if that is a danger, people die of starvation.
Even Anthony Fauci said on Dec 29, 2021 that PCR tests are not predictive of contagiousness, or even illness. PCR tests often merely detect a dead fragment of virus, such as from a recovered person. Still the media obligingly supports the Chinese government narrative by describing it as “battling” a COVID “surge” based on these flawed tests. Last week, protest convoys from across Canada rolled to meet a Ted Talk event featuring Bill Gates on April 10th, to send the message that Gates was not welcome in Canada. At the Vancouver Convention Center, large crowds chanted “Arrest Bill Gates.”
Gates is intricately involved in pushing a mandatory, global regular vaccination agenda, and his money turns up in numerous critical areas all of which support the case for such programs. For example, Gates directly funded the British professor who created the “lockdown” theory, now used by governments to justify vastly expanded powers over individuals, in the name of public health.

CDC Study Falsifies Definitions to Cover Up Vaccine Deaths Shown by Autopsies

A Reuters “debunk” of a study by top German pathologists who conclude that all three COVID vaccinations are the direct cause of many deaths, cites a study which defines people who die before “two weeks after after receiving all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine” as unvaccinated. This means many people who die soon after being vaccinated are counted as unvaccinated in statistics.
Anthony Fauci said on MSNBC around New Year’s Eve 2021 – 2022, that PCR tests do not measure whether someone is ill or contagious, but only if they have any part of the virus, dead or alive, whether it is able to cause illness or not. Fauci said: “PCR doesn`t measure replication-competent virus. It measures viral particles, nucleic acid.…I can continue to be positive with a PCR…after recovering and not being transmissible at all.… it doesn`t give you any indication of whether or not you`re transmissible.” Nevertheless, lockdowns, quarantines, and “contact tracing” are now ordered on the basis of PCR tests, and the resulting “case” numbers.
A French attorney who is working with Reiner Feullmich in bringing Crimes Against Humanity charges against Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Boris Johnson, Klaus Schwab, and others was arrested on March 22, without charges, then released days later after international outcry.
Seeking to blunt numerous emerging autopsy studies by top pathologists which conclude that the COVID vaccines are killing people, Reuters and other “debunkers” cite a study, by scientists affiliated with Kaiser Permanente, which concludes that, if anything, vaccinated persons have lower all-cause death rates than unvaccinated. That study seems to contradict any assertion that the vaccines are not “safe and effective.”
But the study cited by Reuters does not mention the audacious CDC definition of what constitutes an “unvaccinated” death: someone for whom 14 days has not yet passed since their final “primary series” shot. Data shows that one-third of unexpected deaths after vaccination takes place within 48 hours, after receiving a shot.
This means that anyone who took a COVID vaccine shot, walks out, and falls over dead on the street of a heart attack or stroke is counted as a death of an “unvaccinated” person.
World-Class Pathologists Report Bizarre Attacks on Organs by the Body’s Own Immune System
In the German pathology conference series attacked by Reuters, Doctors Arne Burkhardt and Walter Lang report never-before-seen immune system attacks on the body’s own organs.
“The findings confirm Prof. Dr. Peter Schirmacher’s finding that among more than 40 corpses he autopsied who had died within two weeks of COVID19 vaccination, approximately one-third of those deaths were caused by the vaccination.”
Dr. Arne Burkhardt has taught at the Universities of Hamburg, Berne and Tübingen. He has published more than 150 scientific articles in German and international scientific journals, and has audited and certified institutes of pathology in Germany.
Prof. Dr. Walter Lang was a pathologist at the Hannover Medical School from 1968-1985. Afterwards, for 25 years, Lang directed a private institute for pathology, which he founded, specializing in transplant pathology, extragynecological cytology, thyroid tumors, and lung/pleural pathology.

In contrast, the vaccines cause cells deep inside our body to express the viral spike protein, which they were never meant to do by nature. Any cell which expresses this foreign antigen will come under attack by the immune system, which will involve both IgG antibodies and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes. This may occur in any organ. We are seeing now that the heart is affected in many young people, leading to myocarditis or even sudden cardiac arrest and death….
We herewith present scientific evidence that calls for an immediate stop of the use of gene-based COVID-19 vaccines. We first lay out why the agents cannot protect against viral infection. While no positive effects can be expected, we show that the vaccines can trigger self-destructive processes that lead to debilitating illness and death….
Recent insurance company data for the US and other countries shows an unprecedented rise in all-cause mortality since the roll-out of the COVID vaccines, as much as 40%. This would put the US on track for 1.4 million more deaths of all causes than usual by the end of 2022. Normally about 3 million people die in the US every year.

“The director of the Pathological Institute of the University of Heidelberg, Peter Schirmacher, has carried out over forty autopsies on people who died within two weeks of receiving a Covid-19 vaccine and has expressed alarm over his findings.
Schirmacher stated that 30 to 40 per cent of people he examined died from the vaccine and that in his opinion, the frequency of fatal consequences of vaccinations is “underestimated.”…He has warned that the high number of unreported cases of vaccination deaths is partially due to the fact that “pathologists do not notice anything about most of the patients who die after and possible from a vaccination.”

Reuters “Experts” Include a Veterinarian
For other “experts,” the Reuters hit piece on Burkhardt and Lang dredges up a veterinarian, Professor Neil Mabbot, to snipe that he would be “very surprised” if their statement on their findings, which he calls a “preprint,” passes review, even though the statement is not presented as a formal scientific paper.
Another “expert” quoted is Prof. Kevin McConway, emeritus professor of applied statistics at the Open University, an online college. Concern is expressed over the size of the sample of cadavers, even though the pathologists conducting the studies have never claimed that they had a statistically conclusive sample. They claim their findings are already alarming enough to call a halt to all further vaccinations, and warrant further study.

In the December 4th presentation of the series, the pathologists said they had shown their findings to the leaders of their professional organizations, but had encountered what could only be described as “corruption.” Professor Dr. Walter Lang showed his letter of resignation from the German Pathological Association, of which he was an early member, in protest of this “corruption.”
Dr. Lang concluded that the leader of the group was interested only in “burying” his findings, “along with the dead.”

The findings in the German pathology series come after doctors and scientists have long called for a halt to the mass roll-out of the substances long before Phase III clinical trials are complete, which is at the earliest the end of 2022, and say that too little is known about the mRNA spike protein”s long-term effects in the body. Dr. Bhakdi is Professor emeritus of the University of Mainz, where he served as the chair of the department of medical microbiology and hygiene from 1991 to 2012. From 1990 to 2012, he served as Editor in Chief of Medical Microbiology and Immunology. In 2001 he was awarded the Aronson Prize for achievements in microbiology and immunology.

The September 20th conference opened up with an analysis of the sheer numbers of reports of deaths following close after the injections, in the UK and the US. In the US by the end of 2021, the CDC’s official Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) logged 10,000% more deaths suspected of being related to the COVID injections than for all other types of vaccines combined, over 20,000 deaths.
In October of 2021, the peer-reviewed, highly-regarded science journal Toxicology Reports published a study which estimated deaths directly caused by the vaccines “could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA,” and stressed that long-term effects are as yet unknown.

Another pathologist, Dr. Ryan Cole, MD, who holds medical degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, has made similar warnings about the vaccines. Dr. Cole shows his own lab evidence that Pfizer and Moderna mRNA spike protein injections may be quietly killing injection recipients through “micro-clots,” inflammation, and immune suppression.

In June of 2021, enlisting the aid of certain doctors and scientists, the media launched into attack mode immediately after a Canadian immunologist warned that the Pfizer/Moderna injections might pose a danger to the body’s organs, in particular the heart, brain, and through blood clotting issues.
Soon, the Internet was rife with “debunks” of Dr. Bridle’s concerns. A Reuters “fact check” proclaimed “There is no proof that spike proteins created in response to mRNA vaccines are harmful to the body, scientists have told Reuters.”
An anonymous Internet user even created a website using Dr. Bridle’s name, ByramBridle.com, and made the doctor and immunology professor out to be a “quack.” Thus an all-out campaign with unknown funding sources was at work smearing Dr. Bridle.
Pfizer has requested in the past that the clinical trials data for it’s COVID injection be kept hidden from public view for 75 years. Hospitals take in an average of $160,000 extra per COVID case from the US government. And in his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reveals that high FDA officials are allowed to owns parts of patents on the very drugs they are charged with regulating, and can keep up to $150,000 per year in royalties, for life.
In closing an interview of pathologist Dr. Burkhardt this Februrary, 2022, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi said:
“There’s no word to express this. If they don’t start doing something, they’re going to be in real trouble because let us state this very clearly. These agents are in experimental stage of use. There is an iron law saying that if you are introducing a medicine or an agent into the body of a person under experimental conditions, then you must always assume that if anything happens to the patient, it is the new agent that is causing it. And you are obliged to go and find out. You are not allowed to turn away, you are not allowed to turn away.”
Best estimates are that COVID is a 99.8% recovery rate virus, similar to flu, according to Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis. Common flu is 99.9%.

Fauci Admits PCR COVID Tests Do Not Measure Illness or Contagiousness
Anthony Fauci has made the shocking assertion, on MSNBC, that a positive COVID test of the kind which has driven nations to abrogate their most basic constitutional rights – and divided immediate families – means nothing in terms of public health.
Fauci said just before the New Year, on Dec. 29, 2021:
“PCR doesn`t measure replication-competent virus. It measures viral particles, nucleic acid. So in other words, I could be infected, have cleared the replication competent virus from me, but I can continue to be positive with a PCR for several days after recovering and not being transmissible at all.
So although a PCR is good to tell you, am I infected, yes, I am infected. But the very fact that it`s positive for, as the CDC director said, for several days and even weeks later, it doesn`t give you any indication of whether or not you`re transmissible. …
The only way you can tell if it`s transmissible, if you can show that there really is live replication virus in you. And the tests don`t measure that. They measure the presence or absence of the virus. And the virus could be dead, inactive virus that doesn`t transmit.”
Thus in one fell swoop, Fauci undermined the basis for quarantine for a 99.8% recovery rate illness, which like flu strikes down overwhelmingly end-of-life elderly, and admitted that the basis for “lockdowns,” and media alarms preparing the public for more of them, are junk. Some scientists have long attempted to explain that the PCR test only shows the presence of at least a minute fragment of a virus, as someone who has long recovered might have.
In 2020 the president of Tanzania famously sent a sample to a lab to be PCR-tested for COVID, without telling the lab what the sample was. It came back positive. The sample was of a paw paw fruit.

Nevertheless, the media still sounds ominous warnings about cases of COVID “variants” rising or falling, flexing the muscles of emergency powers claimed by governments as a permanent “new normal.”

French Attorney Working with Reiner Fuellmich Arrested and Released, is Working on Crimes Against Humanity Charges Against Bill Gates, Fauci, Schwab, Others
The attorney, Virginie de Araujo Recchia, is on a team of lawyers led by attorney Reiner Fuellmich, widely known for successful lawsuits against Deutsche Bank and Volkswagon. Recchia was arrested on March 22 without charges and then released days later, after international outcry.
Fuellmich has filed a complaint charging Crimes Against Humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, focusing on the British government but with possible subpoena powers of nationals in other countries. The ICC has assigned the docket number OTP-CR-473/21.
Among the charges made in the ICC complaint are:

A state search warrant served on an employee of a southern Arizona nonprofit organization has ignited a firestorm among election conspiracy believers who tie the action to a documentary about supposed anti-Trump voter fraud in 2020.
The makers of “2000 Mules,” who drew inspiration for the film from actual voter fraud cases in San Luis, are now using the new incident and other Yuma County cases to market the film and push an agenda of election fraud.
That’s turned the focus of election conspiracists nationwide from Maricopa County, the target of the state Senate’s heavily criticized “audit” that confirmed Trump’s loss there, to alleged fraud in Yuma County.
It might seem an unusual target for promoters of the conspiracy: Trump’s margin of victory in Yuma County in 2020 was significantly larger than 2016.
Marco “Tony” Reyes, the chair of the Yuma County Board of Supervisors, accuses the Arizona Attorney General’s Office of using the San Luis cases for political purposes.
To Reyes, a Democrat, the handling of the search warrant demonstrates that Attorney General Mark Brnovich wants to find scapegoats to pacify fellow Republicans who think Trump should have won reelection in 2020.
Brnovich’s office wouldn’t confirm or deny the investigation.
Reyes said two uniformed officers and two plainclothes investigators from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office served a search warrant on one of his employees at the nonprofit Comité de Bien Estar, where he is executive director, on May 17. The search warrant, which Reyes shared photos of with The Arizona Republic, allowed officers to confiscate the phone and search the home of the employee, Gloria Torres, who also is a member of the San Luis City Council.
The officers sought evidence that Torres and another woman had committed or were currently committing “ballot harvesting,” the warrant states, a term for submitting early ballots on behalf of others. Arizona outlawed that practice as a class 5 felony, with exceptions for family members, in 2016.
Torres did not return a phone message; her Yuma attorney, Braulio Sanchez, declined comment.
What prompted the investigation isn’t yet publicly known. But Torres, who’s served for 24 years on the Gadsden Elementary School District school board, is a political ally of Guillermina Fuentes, a former San Luis mayor and Gadsden school board member who’s facing prosecution for ballot harvesting.
And the plot gets thicker: The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is investigating 16 cases of alleged election or voter fraud.

The most horrific late-breaking detail is that police took fire when they entered the building then “retreated,” listening as kids got shot for an hour. At some point kids are on the phone with 911 begging in whispers for help.
One 11-year-old girl smeared the blood of a dead friend on herself and played dead. In an interview, she cried as she said didn’t understand why police didn’t come inside and rescue them. Children say they could hear police in the hallway.
Meanwhile it is getting hard not to notice that arch-gun-control proponent Beto O’Rourke is saying nothing about the police response or series of lapses in standard security measures at the school. His sole crusade is the ultimate confiscation of all guns. Shooter sends Facebook messages
The shooter sends private Facebook messages to a girl in Germany he met online and tells her about his plans to shoot his grandmother. The gunman shoots his grandma in the face, who then calls the police.
The shooter steals his grandmother’s vehicle and drives from his home to Robb Elementary School, which is about a 2-mile drive away.

Shooter arrives at school
The shooter crashes the vehicle in a ditch near the school. He fires his gun at two male witnesses who began approaching the crash from a nearby funeral home. The witnesses flee and call 911.

A teacher calls 911
A teacher at the elementary school makes a 911 call reporting the crash and seeing the shooter, noting he has a gun.
The shooter walks toward the school, climbs the fence into the parking lot and shoots at the school several times.

Shooter walks through the school parking lot
The shooter reaches the last row of vehicles in the school parking lot, firing his rifle throughout. Police arrive at the funeral home. A school district police officer speeds in the direction of a person they think is the man with the gun reported by the teacher but drives past the gunman and heads to the back of the school, mistaking a teacher for the shooter.

Shooter enters the school
The shooter enters the school through a back door. He shoots at least 100 rounds into classrooms 111 and 112, which are connected. Authorities originally said a teacher left the door propped open, but later said a teacher closed the door and the automatic lock failed.

Uvalde police enter the school
Three Uvalde police officers rush to the same door that the gunman used to enter, which was closed. They enter and receive grazing wounds from the gunman. They retreat.
Later, four more officers, including a deputy with the Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office, enter the school.

Robb Elementary and Uvalde police post on Facebook
Robb Elementary announces on Facebook it is under a lockdown status “due to gunshots in the area.”
“The students and staff are safe in the building. The building is secure in a Lockdown Status,” school officials say in the announcement.
At the same time, Uvalde Police Department posts on Facebook, “Large Police presence at Robb Elementary. We ask the public to avoid the area.”
Police with the city of Uvalde and the local school district are inside the school. They hear gunfire, are shot at, move back and get cover.
“Initial officers are there and receive gunfire, therefore do not make entry. Officers call everyone in the area for additional resources: tactical teams, equipment, specialty equipment, body armor, precision rifleman [and] negotiators. They’re evacuating students and teachers during this time,” Victor Escalon, a DPS official, said during a press conference May 26.

Police announce shooter is in custody
Uvalde police announce on Facebook that the shooter is in custody. Authorities recanted that information later.
“There were five or six of (us) fathers, hearing the gunshots, and (police officers) were telling us to move back,” Cazares told the paper. “We didn’t care about us. We wanted to storm the building. We were saying, ‘Let’s go’ because that is how worried we were, and we wanted to get our babies out.””
“As Gómez describes, she could “hear the shots” fired when she arrived at the school to pick up her two children, Vladimir and Pablo. She said, “I couldn’t wait because I needed to pick up kids. If they killed me, they killed me, but I did go in and got my kids.”
The mother explains that they wanted to detain her, but she said, “You are not going to stop this mother.” She stated, “They wanted to stop me… take me to jail” but she “wasn’t scared.” Gómez also explained that when she grabbed her kids, she didn’t know if the gunman would see her and her children. “
