Florida Activists File Model Legislation Against Mandatory or Coerced COVID Vaccinations

Florida Health Freedom has succeeded in having model state legislation filed which could be copied across the country, prohibiting discrimination against anyone based on COVID vaccination status.

The bill is SB 364 “Discrimination on the Basis of Personal Health Information.” SB 364.

CA Halts Injections of Moderna COVID Vaccine, UK Warns People with Food Allergies

California has halted injections from a 330,000 dose batch of the experimental Moderna vaccine which has been distributed to 287 providers across the state, citing a “higher-than-usual number of adverse events.”

RT reports:

“California health officials are asking vaccine providers to stop administering a batch of Moderna’s Covid-19 jab, after an unusually high number of adverse reactions were linked to the drug. Doses from Moderna Lot 041L20A are suspected of causing a “higher-than-usual number of adverse events” and should be shelved until a proper investigation can be conducted, the California Department of Public Health said on Sunday.”

In December, British health officials of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, or MHRA, warned people with food allergies not to take the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 experimental vaccine injection The advice applied to “any person with a history of a significant allergic reaction to a vaccine, medicines or food.”

The health authority warned of “anaphylactoid reactions.”

CBS News reported in December:

“England’s National Health Service warned on Wednesday that people “with a history of a significant allergic reaction to a vaccine, medicine or food” should not be given the COVID-19 vaccine developed by U.S. pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and Germany’s BioTech.”

The UK has since changed its position, so that in the words of AllergyAthsmaaNetwork.org, the UK advice “now aligns with United States guidance.”
