The Biden Administration is now working to launch “vaccine passports” so Americans can prove they’ve been inoculated.
The vaccine passports will be the key to returning to normalcy and may actually control who is allowed to participate in the workforce.
The Washington Post first reported on Sunday that the Biden Administration is coordinating with multiple government agencies in developing a system that would impact many aspects of life.
The Post, citing five officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity, reported the effort “has been driven largely by arms of the Department of Health and Human Services, including an office devoted to health information technology.”
The Biden administration is currently working to develop a system for people to prove they’ve been vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to a senior administration official.
President Joe Biden has predicted that life in the US could be back to normal by Christmas, and as more Americans are vaccinated each day, these vaccine credentials — commonly called “vaccine passports” — could be key to a return to normalcy by the end of the year.
White House coronavirus coordinator Jeff Zients has led the White House’s role in coordinating the project, an official told the Post.
“Our role is to help ensure that any solutions in this area should be simple, free, open source, accessible to people both digitally and on paper, and designed from the start to protect people’s privacy,” Zients said earlier this month, according to the newspaper.
But part of ensuring wide usage for vaccine passports is accounting for the large subset of the global population that still doesn’t use or have access to smartphones. A few companies within the Covid-19 Credentials Initiative are also developing a smart card that strikes a middle ground between the traditional paper vaccine certificates and an online version that’s easier to store and reproduce.

After over 1,600 deaths reported to the CDC’s official Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, immediately or soon after receiving the Pfizer or Moderna shots for COVID, teachers at the two largest school districts in the country are suing over what they say are illegal district mandates to take the shots, or submit to testing. COVID has a 99.98% or higher survival rate for ages under 50.
Employees of the Los Angeles Unified School District are bringing legal action against a new mandate for the drugs, which still have two years of safety trials underway before final approval, according to the protocols submitted by Pfizer and Moderna. New York teachers are suing over mandatory COVID tests.
Although Pfizer and Moderna say there is no evidence of any link between the deaths and the injections, in February it was reported that one third of the deaths were within 48 hours of the injections, in many healthy adults reporting no pre-existing conditions.
Historically, vaccine and other drug trials have been stopped after only a small number of unexplained deaths. The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years. 86% of clinical trials fail, for drugs overall, and 67% for vaccines.
The Los Angeles lawsuit cites the Nuremberg Code, which requires fully informed, “voluntary consent” of participants, with “consent” being defined as:
“free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”
In US law, Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, relating to the Food and Drug Administration, Subpart B – “Informed Consent of Human Subjects,” stipulates:
“[A drug] investigator shall seek such consent only under circumstances that provide the prospective subject or the representative sufficient opportunity to consider whether or not to participate and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence.”

In New Mexico a county corrections officer has filed a similar lawsuit, challenging not only the mandate, but the emergency itself.
In Israel, a large class of citizens, about half the population, have refused injections, and citizens have taken the government to the International Criminal Court at the Hague over coercive “green card” vaccine passports, citing Crimes Against Humanity.
Although both US and international law require fully informed consent, recipients of the Pfizer and Moderna injections are not informed of deaths compiled in the CDC’s reporting system, which are possibly related to the injections, nor the thousands of “adverse events” serious enough to render victims “unable to perform normal daily activities” or “unable to work.”
Both Pfizer and Moderna have been contacted to elaborate on their statements that there is no casual link between the thousands of deaths or serious injuries, with requests for autopsies and medical reports. To date no responses have been received.

Florida Governor DeSantis Says No to Adult Vaccine Mandates or Coercion, European Council Declares Coercion Unlawful
With some governments saying that they cannot, or will not, mandate experimental injections over a 99.8% overall survival rate disease, the battleground has shifted to private companies.
These would also be be violating Nuremberg, as accessories to the “coercion” banned in the Code, by threatening termination from employment or denial of entrance or services to those who refuse the injections, which many scientists are warning may be lethal in the long run.
Against this backdrop, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has become the first governor in the nation to announce that the State of Florida will not allow “vaccine passports,” which have the effect of coercing adults to take the injections by instituting a discrimination system. Such a system flies in the face of common sense, suggests DeSantis, since those who choose to be “vaccinated” are “safe,” and those who are not will be choosing their risks.
There is much dispute over whether Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA injections meet the definition of vaccines.
“I just want to make very clear in Florida, we are not doing any vaccine passports,’ Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said during his news conference on Thursday afternoon. ‘I think it’s a bad idea. And so that will not happen. And so folks should get vaccinated if they want to obviously provide that. But under no circumstances will the state be asking you to show proof of vaccination.”
‘And I don’t think private companies should be doing that either,’ added DeSantis. ‘So we’re going to look into see what we need to do to be able to make sure we’re protecting Floridians. But I do think it would be a big problem to start going down the road of vaccine passports.’
Also this month, the Council of Europe, which runs the international court which enforces the European Convention on Human Rights, passed Resolution 2361, which prohibits compulsory vaccinations and discrimination against the unvaccinated.

Happily, the Council of Europe is now putting a firm stop to these plans, since involuntary medical experiments are prohibited by the Nuremberg Convention.”

At first, the experiment seemed successful as all the animals developed a robust antibody response to coronavirus. However, when the scientists exposed the vaccinated animals to the wild virus, the results were horrifying. Vaccinated animals suffered hyper-immune responses including inflammation throughout their bodies, especially in their lungs. Researchers had seen this same “enhanced immune response” during human testing of the failed RSV vaccine testsin the 1960s. Two children died.”
“COVID-19, like other coronaviruses, is expected to mutate at least every season, raising serious questions about claims that any vaccine will work. Many doctors and scientists have strongly questioned the need for a vaccine for what is now known as a 99.8% overall survival rate virus, according to the CDC, and 99.98% or more for under age 50, and 96% for people over 70. Former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, Dr. Mike Yeadon, says:
“There is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic. I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines.”

One year after the US president declared an official state of emergency over a virus which now increasingly appears to be man-made, although this is the subject of much debate, the COVID pandemic, in per capita global terms, has turned out to be less severe than each of the previous three pandemics of the last 100 years, the 1957 Asian Flu,1968 Hong Kong Flu and the 1918 Spanish Flu.
What is not disputable is that Dr. Anthony Fauci was responsible for outsourcing funding for dangerous bat coronavirus experiments to the Wuhan lab, which had been banned in the US.
Nevertheless, for every question which threatens any element of the official narrative, major media, Big Tech, and the medical establishment stand ready to “debunk.” How could some of our most respected institutions, from NBC to Harvard Medical School professors, all be lying?
The official narrative goes something like: this is the most deadly disease since the Spanish Flu, requiring nothing less than a worldwide mandatory vaccination program which, as Alan Dershowitz favors, would allow authorities even to pin you down and “plunge a needle into your arm.” Never mind that it is nothing of the sort.

But the world of 2020 is nothing like the world of 1970, when there were a handful of vaccinations for schoolchildren, all of which had been tested for years. Now Big Pharma is set to become the most profitable industry, after the long decline of oil.
Now the medical establishment, many Harvard doctors, the prestigious journals, are firmly intertwined, in arrangements that would seem to be utter conflicts of interest, with the big pharma, pill-pushing industry. No less than the editor of The Lancet, Richard Horton, wrote scathinglyin 2011:
“[Medical] Journals have devolved into information laundering operations for the pharmaceutical industry.”

The FDA, which declares when vaccines are “safe,” owes half its annual budget to the pharmaceuticals industry.
Fully 10-13% of the budget of the World Health Organization, as much as the entire US donation, comes from one man, Bill Gates.
The Gates Foundation initiative the “Decade ofVaccines,” which gives money in countless ways to spearhead Big Pharma vaccines as the answer to all public health issues, was set on course by Gates friend Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Despite pages of “debunks” upon searching terms like “Bill Gates vaccine lawsuits,” kicked to the top by Big Tech information curators, Gates cannot escape his responsibility for the deaths and maiming of tens of thousands of children in India and Africa, whose families could neither read nor write or understand “consent forms.” Pro-safe-vaccine activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. documents this meticulously in “Gates’ Globalist Vaccine Agenda: A Win-Win for Pharma and Mandatory Vaccination.”
In a remarkable coincidence, it was Gates who funded the Imperial College professor, Neil Ferguson, whose widely discredited paper was used by governments to justify “lockdowns.” Gates gave Ferguson’s MCR Centre for Global and Infectious Diseases $8 million last March and April.
Last October a study concluded, by design, that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) did not work in treating COVID, thus keeping the focus on vaccines. But the authors were well aware that HCQ alone was never the protocol reported as having success, but in combination with other supplements such as zinc. The study received wide coverage and was funded by the Gates Foundation.
One example of institutional mass murder should suffice to convince critical thinkers that the government and the institutions they have trusted are not their friends. In June of 2020 the FDA issued a warning warding off any hope that HCQ, hydroxychloroquine, used properly under medical supervision, might be a life-saving remedy for tens of thousands if not hundred of thousands with COVID, as the rest of the world was reporting.
That warning cited the possibility of “heart arrhythmia” – irregular heartbeat – resulting from the treatments. The warning spread like wildfire, to WHO, and to journals such as Medical News Today, which warned of “heart arrhythmia.” The use of HCQ as a lifesaver in the US was effectively dead.
But the FDA did not cite the source of its conclusion, and a later literature search found no studies making this conclusion, except for one. If anything, the science literature showed that HCQ was protective of the heart. That one study was a Brazilian trial in which massive dosages of HCQ were being administered to COVID patients, as much as 1200 mg a day for 10 days, or 12,000 mg.
The upper-end dose for Plaquenil (HCQ) for the treatment of malaria is 2,000 mg, according to directions:
Adults: 800 mg followed by 400 mg at 6 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after the initial dose.
The study was giving six times recommended dose, an overdose for which it is no surprise that heart palpitations would result. Nevertheless, even so, no lives were lost, which cannot be said of the after-effects of the purported COVID vaccines.
At the same time, doctors such as Yale’s Dr. Harvey Risch, who were saying that HCQ could be saving in the hundreds of thousands of lives, were being savaged as “quacks,” some even threatened with license suspension.
This leads to big questions. Studies are expensive to fund. Why fund a study specifically aimed at showing HCQ to be dangerous, by administering known overdoses, and reporting it out as if it proves something? What would be the purpose? Unless to be able cite it later as a scare against HCQ, including the FDA, which knows better? Who wanted people to die, rather than be saved, and why?
These are without doubt disturbing questions. If they cannot be answered, then the only conclusion is that people are being lied to, and in a big way. Perhaps by prostitutes with impressive titles, who wear tweed coats and sport distinguished beards, but are nevertheless prostitutes, as the Lancet’s Richard Horton all but said.
Unless answered, these questions must force the world to wake up. The ghosts of Nuremberg are restless.

Council of Europe: No compulsory vaccinations and no discrimination against the unvaccinated

On 27 January, the Council of Europe signed Resolution 2361, which states that vaccinations in EU Member States should not be mandatory. Furthermore, persons who have not been vaccinated may not be discriminated against in any way. This effectively stops the notion of “vaccine passports”.
The resolution goes so far as to order member states such as Sweden to actively inform citizens of these rights. The resolution has been ignored by mainstream politicians and the media.
Many citizens have been worried about whether the untested vaccines will be mandatory, since it has already been proposed in several countries. In Sweden, however, it has not been, because of a law which prohibits involuntary medical interventions. But despite this law, governments could exert such strong pressure on their populations, that it could become almost impossible to live without being exposed to this experimental jab.
In Denmark, a vaccine passport could soon be required to gain access to malls, sports events and other public places, public transport or travel abroad. Happily, the Council of Europe is now putting a firm stop to these plans, since involuntary medical experiments are prohibited by the Nuremberg Convention.
The Council of Europe is an intergovernmental European cooperation organization with 47 Member States, which, despite its name and the same flag, is separate from the EU. Its resolutions are not legally binding, but recommendations to Member States are almost always complied with. For example, as recently as November last year, the government proposed that Sweden’s laws be amended as a result of the Council of Europe’s convention on cybercrime.
The resolution on forced vaccination briefly describes the problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic with the resulting unemployment, economic downturn and poverty. It also points out that there is a certain distrust among the European population regarding a forced vaccination programme. The resolution contains various recommendations for how to achieve a large vaccine intake, but also something unexpected – namely clear provisions for it.
Point 7.3 of the resolution obliges all Member States to ensure that citizens are informed that Covid vaccinations are NOT (the only word written in capital letters throughout the resolution) mandatory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise pressured to be vaccinated.
Secondly – at least as important – Member States must ensure that no one is discriminated against for not being vaccinated because of possible health risks or because the person simply does not want to be vaccinated.
The latter is particularly interesting given the current propaganda of vaccination passports by the system media and several European governments, which they claim is necessary. The Swedish government announced on February 4 that it has decided to introduce a digital vaccine certificate that will be ready by the summer. But what is it then to be used for, if it becomes illegal to discriminate against someone who does not have it?
When the Swedish government summarized the most important things from the Council of Europe’s winter session on its website on 29 January, this was not mentioned – by far the most important in the entire resolution – in a single word. It is not difficult to understand why, given the unprecedented propaganda for mass vaccinations from the Swedish government and not least the system media, which is inflated to levels not previously seen even during wartime.
In Germany, Bavaria’s Prime Minister Söder (CSU) is similarly pushing for compulsory vaccinations for certain professional groups, for example in nursing. And he has even called on the German Ethics Council to help him in this effort. There have in fact been rumours that Söder has been receiving kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies.
According to the Nuremberg Convention, experimental vaccines can be seen as an experiment on the population. In the case of ModeRNA’s and Pfizer’s mRNA jabs, they have never been previously tested.
The Convention consists of ten points and the first stipulates: The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely necessary. But the question remains: Is it really voluntary if you are not allowed to work, send the children to school, travel or even visit the mall if you do not submit to the experimental vaccines?
The fifth point states: No experiment should be performed where there is reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur. Countless health and control authorities in several countries stated how they expected this to happen on a fairly large scale. Deaths serious vaccine injuries have already been listed as a result of the vaccinations, including at the US Public Health Agency CDC.

This follows the passage of Resolution 2361 by the European Council: No Discrimination Against the Unvaccinated. Vaccination of the immune compromised, frail elderly, and otherwise vulnerable means that anyone who chooses to decline are”risks” only to others who have declined. Governor DeSantis leads the way in upholding common sense. The FDA, which declares vaccines safe, owes half its annual budget to the pharmaceuticals industry. Just one company, Pfizer, is expected to rake in $15 billion in COVID injection sales.
Good for Governor Ron DeSantis. In sharp contrast with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who recently imposed “vaccine passport” requirements for people in New York to attend certain events, DeSantis is standing up for freedom and against the imposing of vaccine passports in Florida.
In a Thursday press conference, DeSantis stated his firm opposition to vaccine passports, as well as to requiring people to demonstrate they have tested negative for coronavirus. A WCJB-TV report quotes DeSantis’ comments on the matter from the press conference:
‘I just want to make very clear in Florida, we are not doing any vaccine passports,’ Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said during his news conference on Thursday afternoon. ‘I think it’s a bad idea. Back in September, when most governors were extending and even adding to their states’ coronavirus crackdowns because of “the science,” DeSantis was terminating restrictions in Florida and giving a platform to scientists opposed to the multitude of draconian government actions taken in the name of countering coronavirus.

Citing international law won at horrific cost to the world during World War II, Israeli citizens have brought their government to the International Criminal Court at The Hague for Crimes Against Humanity, saying they are being coerced, against the principles of the Nuremberg Code, into taking an inadequately tested, experimental COVID injection by Pfizer.
The plaintiffs say threats of job loss, banishment from public venues, and other punishments are being employed to force the injections upon people against their freely given consent.

In the same month, NPR reports that Moderna has begun to give its experimental injections to children aged 6 months to 12 years to study “safety” concerns, and Johnson and Johnson has announced safety studies on infants replacing normal years of animal safety trials.
“Children have now received their first doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, as the company studies the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine for kids ages 6 months to less than 12 years old…. researchers will be watching for any signs that they have difficulty tolerating the vaccine, as well as its effectiveness in protecting them against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.”

The Nuremberg Code was created after Nazi doctors such as Josef Mengele shocked the world, when forced medical experiments on Jewish concentration camp victims were revealed.
The petition states:
“petitioners contacted the respondents on [2/18/21] and warned them that the medical treatment, which is currently being conducted for the entire population of Israel, was done in violation of the rules established for conducting medical experiments on humans, known as the Nuremberg Code.”
The plaintiffs say the regime is forcing injections which have not been subject to normal years-long animal safety trials, are novel technologies, and are still deemed experimental even by the government and Pfizer. The plaintiffs point out that:
“The Israeli Prime Minister has repeatedly stated that Israeli citizens are participating in this innovative medical experiment for the benefit of all the citizens of the world…”
Israel is now issuing a “green card” to prove that a person has received the Pfizer injections.
The complaint states that the system:
“degrades and harms the dignity of the workers…Dedicated workers who until now were an asset to employers in the economy are expelled from workplaces in disgrace for refusing to participate in the medical trial.”
How Severe is COVID?
Israel’s COVID death toll is one of the lowest in the Western world, ranking 55th behind most of the EU countries. The United States is number 12. The survival rate for COVID has turned out to be much the same as the flu, 99.4% to 99.8%.
Although the death toll in the US has frequently been compared to the Spanish Flu, in per capita terms, when differences in population over time are taken into account, the 2020 COVID death toll is much closer to what was seen in the 1957 Asian Flu and 1968 Hong Kong Flu pandemics, which never made the news, much less even remotely stirred discussion of lockdowns or masking. About 8,000 people die in the US every day.
In terms of global deaths per capita in the most recent pandemics, COVID has been slightly less deadly than both the 1957 Asian Flu and the 1968 Hong Kong Flu, and even farther behind the Spanish Flu in per capita death toll. Yet in neither 1957 or 1968 was there a whisper anywhere in the world about lockdowns or masks (chart below.)
Many scientists question the need for any vaccine whatsoever for the present coronavirus. Former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, Dr. Mike Yeadon, says:
“There is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic. I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines.”
“You do not vaccinate people who aren’t at risk from a disease. You also don’t set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn’t been extensively tested on human subjects,”Nevertheless, the FDA under Joe Biden has announced that trials specifically to determine “safety” for another injection, Moderna’s will begin to be performed on children ages 6 months to 12 years.
“Vaccine development is a long, complex process, often lasting 10-15 years and involving a combination of public and private involvement.”
Dr. Paul Offit, who helped invent the rotavirus vaccine, told CNN that timeline [12 to18 months for a COVID vaccine] was “ridiculously optimistic.”
Peter Hotez, the dean of Baylor University’s National School of Tropical Medicine, told National Geographic even an 18-month timeline “would be absolutely unprecedented.”
The experimental vaccines began to be injected into humans in December, just 9 months after the start of the pandemic. FDA “emergency use authorization,” for which the drugs are now approved, was intended for Ebola-like diseases, where victims had an almost certain chance of dying anyway, there were no alternative remedies, and there was little to lose.
Although the FDA has claimed that the present experimental COVID vaccines have been “rigorously tested,” scientists point out that the worst side effects may not become apparent for years, which is why normal animal trials take so long.
Almost like clockwork, Forbes reports in March that COVID cases, not deaths, not overwhelming hospitals despite a year to build out greater capacity, are “spiking” in states with the highest vaccination rates, and Fauci is blaming it on “new variants” which will become a permanent part of life.
Clinical trials for drugs have a high failure rate, 86% failure overall, and 67% for vaccines. For this reason biotech start-up stocks are considered risky in the investment world.
Half of the FDA’s annual budget, or $2.7 billion, comes from the pharmaceuticals industry, in the form of “user fees.” The FDA is well-known for its “revolving door” to Big Pharma, in which FDA officials leave to take lucrative jobs in the industry. In 2019 FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb resigned to go to Pfizer. The Hill reports that “stock options doubled the former commissioner’s income to upwards of $330,000.”
“sped up the approval process for experimental and generic drugs, leading many to question whether the “newer and cheaper” drugs hitting the market were actually safe. Those policies directly benefited Big Pharma bottom lines.”
The L.A. Times reported that Gottlieb cut the average approval process by nearly a year.
Coronavirus Vaccines Have Been Problematic
The parties in the Israeli lawsuit say that their government and other organizations are using force, duress, and coercion to force people into unwillingly taking the Pfizer BioNtech injection. Unlike children who can be home-schooled, should their parents decide against the risks of some or all school-mandated vaccines, people in Israel are being fired from their jobs and prevented, or greatly hampered, from life-sustaining activities like conveniently shopping for food.
Despite media and medical establishment proclamations that the mRNA treatments such as Pfizer’s and Moderna’s are safe, thousands of doctors and scientists disagree.
Coronavirus vaccine development has always presented its own set of problems, which have revealed themselves in the long run, after months or years of observing test animals for long-term effects, and after many generations of virus mutation.
“Scientists first attempted to develop coronavirus vaccinesafter China’s 2002 SARS-CoV outbreak. Teams of US & foreign scientists vaccinated animals with the four most promising vaccines. At first, the experiment seemed successful as all the animals developed a robust antibody response to coronavirus. However, when the scientists exposed the vaccinated animals to the wild virus, the results were horrifying. Vaccinated animals suffered hyper-immune responses including inflammation throughout their bodies, especially in their lungs. Researchers had seen this same “enhanced immune response” during human testing of the failed RSV vaccine testsin the 1960s. Two children died.”
“A successful vaccine has never been developed for any of the many strains of coronaviruses, due to the nature of the virus itself; and vaccinated people can have a higher chance of serious illness and death when later exposed to another strain of the virus, a phenomenon known as ‘virus interference.’ An earlier SARS vaccine never made it to market because the laboratory animals it was tested on contracted more serious symptoms on re-infection, and most of them died.”
The Israeli lawsuit cites the phenomenon of ADE, “antibody-dependent enhancement,” in coronavirus vaccine development, in which a coronavirus vaccine causes a person’s natural coronavirus response to weaken, not strengthen as normally, over time. There are many coronaviruses in circulation, most often causing the common cold.
The lawsuit states:that it was just recently revealed, contrary to the principle of fully informed consent, that recipients of the Pfizer shot may have to take vaccines every six months, for life, or face more severe illness illness than normal upon exposure.
“The Prime Minister has announced in recent days in the media that due to the problem of lowering the level of antibodies after medical treatment, there is a real possibility that the recipients of the treatment will have to take the treatment every six months [until] the end of their days. This material fact was not revealed by the respondents to the recipients of the medical treatment before receiving it… “
All prior attempts at coronavirus vaccine development have been abandoned, due to responses to vaccines which were initially promising and efficacious, but deadly after the passage of time and many generations of mutated wild virus.
In “Antibody-dependent enhancement and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines and therapies” the journal Nature ran science which stated:
“ADE has been observed in SARS, MERS and other human respiratory virus infections including RSV and measles, which suggests a real risk of ADE for SARS-CoV-2 vaccines and antibody-based interventions….it will be crucial to evaluate animal and clinical datasets for signs of ADE…”
The lawsuit quotes a senior Israeli virologist who has said:
“In light of all the things expressed here, it is strange that this vaccine has been approved. “
During the Nuremberg Trials after World War II, in which Nazi doctors performed hideous exeriments on unwilling subjects, 24 individuals were prosecuted, and seven organizations. Of the 24 individuals charged, twelve were sentenced to death by hanging. The executions took place in the gymnasium of the court building.
Crimes Against Humanity may be prosecuted “in times of war or peace.”
The Code has provided the basis for all other national laws on medical experimentation.
In US law, Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, relating to the Food and Drug Administration, Subpart B – “Informed Consent of Human Subjects,” stipulates:
“[A drug] investigator shall seek such consent only under circumstances that provide the prospective subject or the representative sufficient opportunity to consider whether or not to participate and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence.”
In the US, pharmaceuticals companies have asked for and received full immunity from lawsuits for any adverse effects caused by the injections.
In December, British health officials of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, or MHRA, warned people with food allergies not to take the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 experimental vaccine injection.
In January the government of Norway issued a warning over the safety of the COVID vaccines for people over 75 who are frail or had other conditions,
In Italy in March, authorities opened a manslaughter investigation after a healthy teacher died hours after receiving the AstraZeneca experimental vaccine.
In Florida, activists have succeeded in having model legislation filed by state legislators prohibiting discrimination between vaccinated and unvaccinated persons, SB364.
Questioning the Logic of Mass Vaccination
The International Criminal Court petitioners question even the logic of requiring everyone to take any vaccine, since those who choose it are ostensibly “protected” and those who do not accept the risk of the illness, which cannot be passed on to those who are “protected”:
“These drastic measures have nothing to do with public health… the population that is considered at risk of becoming seriously ill or dying from the virus is largely already vaccinated…then there is no danger of death or serious illness among this population…while those who have not been vaccinated are not afraid of getting Corona and / or will get sick easily. These citizens who did not receive the proposed treatment should be left to their own devices and not be restricted by any restriction to live a full and normal life in the State of Israel.”
Unlike other arguably “nanny state” laws such as motorcycle and bicycle helmets for adults, the injections involve very real risks, as Moderna’s frank admission that its trials on children are designed to collect safety data implies.

“The Nuremberg Code, which is the criminal law in the world with regard to conducting medical experiments on humans, is essentially a code of medical ethics. This code was issued on the basis of laws under which the Nazi criminals, who were convicted of horrific medical experiments, conducted in World War II, were tried in the doctors’ trial known as the Nuremberg Trials. The Nuremberg Code later formed the basis for the enactment of the Helsinki Declaration”
“The first principle of the Nuremberg Code, a principle also set forth in section 13 of the Patient Rights Act and Procedure 14, is the voluntary and informed consent of the person to receive medical treatment and / or participation in the trial. The person is supposed to exercise freedom of choice, without the intervention of a factor that exercises force, deception, fraud, threat, solicitation or other type of restraint and coercion “
“Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State of Israel and the Ministry of Health do not present to Israeli citizens the currently available alternatives to corona virus treatments, which have been shown to be effective and with few and not dangerous side effects, and they coax citizens and press them (blatantly violating the informed consent process).

Employees of Havard have revealed to this blog that University employees are being required to take a COVID mRNA injection, not technically a vaccine, as a condition of employment, even though official published policy at the Harvard website is that it is not required. Harvard receives funds from the pharmaceutical company Moderna as a conductor of clinical trials of its COVID drug, through its teaching hospital Brigham and Women’s.
An employee of Harvard related to this blogger that employees were being told “either get the vaccine, or find someplace else to work.”
“A candidate vaccine for preventing COVID-19 is advancing to a 30,000-participant phase 3 trial starting July 27, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital will play two key roles in the trial.
The phase 3 COVE study will evaluate mRNA-1273, a vaccine candidate against COVID-19 manufactured by Moderna.”
The story is developing as employees decide whether or not to step forward. Harvard Communications has not returned calls.
The reactions and deaths are possibly, but not definitively, releated to the shots, which were developed in record time in the US history of vaccination.
Anecdoatal evidence is being posted, but remains untouched and unverified by news organizations, which only cover stories implying or openly endorsing the vaccinations’ safety, despite the dire warnings of many doctors and scientists.

The accusation against Harvard comes as a ground-breaking independent documentary, by Journeyman Pictures, unmasks the incestuous relationship between big pharmaceutical companies and the medical establishment, by which profit-making drug companies “ghost-write” scientific articles for prestigious medical journals, which then find doctors and scientist to put their names on the study as the authors, compensating them handsomely.
The prestige of the scientists’ institutions goes along with the name. The practice is ubiquitous and legal.
In 2011 the editor of The Lancet Richard Horton, one of the world’s most prestigious medical journals, wrote scathingly:
“Journals have devolved into information laundering operations for the pharmaceutical industry.”
Harvard Medical School is the publisher of perhaps the second most prestigious medical journal in the world, the New England Journal of Medicine.
In 2015 the medical watchdog journal run by Dr. Josh Farkas, Emcrit.org, reported:
“The NEJM itself has significant financial conflicts of interest. This may not come primarily from print and electronic advertisements by drug companies, but rather from industry purchases of article reprints. For example, if the NEJM publishes an article supporting a new drug, the drug company will often purchase thousands of reprints of the article. The NEJM makes a large profit margin from the reprints. For example, Merck purchased 929,400 reprints of the infamous VIGOR trial of Vioxx, yielding an estimated income for the NEJM of $697,000 (Marcovitch 2012).”
The purchase of reprints of articles from medical journals, often side-by-side with paid ads for the drug being discussed, is an issue raised in “The Illusion of Evidence-Based Medicine.”
Safety of COVID Vaccine Questioned
Mincing no words, a renown microbiologist and co-author of the world’s best-selling book on the science behind last year’s corona pandemic says that the present COVID vaccines are “downright dangerous” and anyone taking them is going to their “doom.”

The book received a boost from Dr. Heiko Schoning MD of the World Doctors Alliance when he was arrested at Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park as he gave an anti-lockdown, anti-COVID vaccine speech, and police took the copy of the Bhakdi book he had been reading.

Relentless, false comparison to the 1918 Spanish Flu, with a death toll of nearly 700,000 people, although because the population of the US was one-third of what it is now, in per capita terms it is not comparable. Much better comparisons are the competely invisible and unremarked upon 1957 or the 1968 flu pandemics, which, like COVID, affected mostly nursing homes and special care facilities, without a single mention in the media that they were even taking place, never mind used to justify lockdowns or masks.
So Cuomo and the four governors kick off the grandma-killing to turbo-charge the national body count, so they can vax us and chip us all in a couple of years. Possibly killing millions. All over a 99.8% survival rate bug. It’s all so clear.

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, known as a micromanager, denied frantic requests by nursing home officials to send COVID patients to the nearly empty, 1,000 bed Jacob Javits Center, instead of to nursing homes.
“…critics have suggested nursing homes were already overwhelmed and a better solution might have been sending them to the virtually empty Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, which was retrofitted to treat COVID-19 patients, or an even less utilized Navy hospital ship that has since left Manhattan.
As the virus was racing through his nursing home, the head of Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill Health Center frantically emailed state health officials April 9 asking just that.
“Is there a way for us to send our suspected covid cases to the Javitz center or the ship?” Donny Tuchman wrote.
“Cobble Hill Health Center CEO Donny Tuchman sent a desperate email to state Health Department officials on April 9, asking if there was “a way for us to send our suspected covid patients” to the hospital built inside the Javits Convention Center or the US Naval hospital ship Comfort — the under-utilized federal medical facilities on Manhattan’s West Side.
“We don’t have the ability to cohort right now based on staffing and we really want to protect our other patients,” Tuchman wrote in a chain of the emails reviewed by The Post.
He was denied.”
The requests were denied at a critical early moment in the Spring pandemic. Immediately afterwards, exponential increases in deaths were observed and reported across the nation. One third to half of COVID deaths have been nursing home residents or residents of other special care facilities.
Cuomo had just issued his controversial March 25th order, which forced NY nursing homes to take in COVID patients, over the pleas and objections of nursing home officials.
The denial of permission to place COVID patients safely distant from vulnerable elderly casts an entirely different light upon the now infamous NY nursing home episode, suggesting an active criminality, as safer choices than the nursing homes were available, but actively blocked.
On the same day as the nursing home order was issued, New York City bought 45 refrigerated trucks in anticipation of a surge of deaths, according to Bloomberg News. These were to become the backdrop of the famous images of death in NYC two weeks later, which shocked the nation into submitting to unprecedented economic devastation and curtailment of individual liberties.

On April 23 the New York Post reported that a nursing home executive said:
“Cuomo has blood on his hands. He really does. There’s no way to sugarcoat this,”
The governors of the other states who issued similar orders are now under fire as well. Last Fall, a Michigan state senator won his race for county prosecutor on the pledge that he would prosecute Gov. Whitmer for ordering COVID patients into nursing homes. Then- State Senator Peter Lucinda said Whitmer “cold-blooded killed” residents in nursing homes.
In California, Governor Gavin Newsom is facing a strong recall campaign in which organizers believe they now have enough signatures to trigger an election. The official recall website blasts Newsom for continuing to “destroy the lives and businesses of hardworking Californians.” The site calls Newsom a “tyrant.”
A Pattern Emerges
It is almost inconceivable that it is a coincidence that four governors of some of the most densely populated states, at almost the same time, issued orders with much the same wording and effect, of “turbo-charging” the early pandemic body count.
It is becoming difficult to avoid the picture of a pandemic planned, delivered, and managed in order to unleash an unprecedented assault on individual rights around the world, by Big Tech, Big Pharma, and the financial elite which owns the major media. Over what is now known to be a 99.4% to 99.8% survival rate virus, which is similar to flu. This is the contention of former high-level Bush Sr. administration official Catherine Austin Fitts.
Among this evidence:
Death Count Inflation
An openly-stated official policy of making the death count appear as high as possible, contrary to standard practice, by misrepresenting deaths “with” COVID as being “of” COVID. This was clearly articulated in no uncertain terms when last April Dr. Deboroah Birx of the White House Coronavirus Task Force said:
“to mark it as COVID-19 infection the intent is right now that those if someone dies with COVID-19 we are counting that as a COVID-19.”
In a congressional oversight hearing last July, CDC Director Robert Redfield acknowledged that COVID deaths could be inflated due to perverse financial incentives to call deaths COVID. Redfield told Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO):
“I think you’re correct in that we’ve seen this in other disease processes too. Early in the HIV epidemic, somebody may have a heart attack but also have HIV. The hospital would prefer the DRG for HIV because there is greater reimbursement.”
Based on these numbers cited by the media and government, treated somewhat breezily by Redfield, millions of livelihoods have been destroyed, educations disrupted, and deaths of despair such as suicides have increased.

As reported by the Washington Examiner in December, an audit of nearly 3,000 death certificates in MN which were listed as COVID found that at least 40% of the deaths were not from COVID as the primary cause, but from heart attacks, flu, cancer, automobile accidents, drowning, and gunshot wounds. Government COVID death counting policies are the subject of the 25-page report by a team of international researchers.
No Mention of High False Positive Rates in COVID Testing
Relentless announcement of “new cases” of the highly survivable virus, even though half to 90% of positve test results are false, as reported in the UK Daily Mail and by NBC San Diego. A former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, Dr. Mike Yeadon, says that half or even “almost all” of tests for COVID are false positives.

The media highlighting that the US had the highest number of deaths in 2020, than in any year in history is an inevitable result of the US population being larger than at any time in history, and there being more deaths in each passing year than in the previous one due to the aging of the Baby Boomers.
Unprecedented, Targeted Censorship
Some bias and defacto censorship is nothing new in America, but never has there been an unprecedented campaign against information which does not support the narrative of an unusual deadly disease with no remedies available, or which challenges the safety or necessity of experimental drugs being, incorrectly, referred to as vaccines.
The funding of flawed studies intended to discourage the adoption of life-saving remedies
Debbie Maimon of the respected Orthodox Jewish newspaper Yated Neeman writes on Feb. 3rd:
“For the second time in a month, strong positions taken against early outpatient drug treatment for Covid-19 by federal agencies and the medical establishment have quietly been withdrawn. This suggests a long-awaited turning point in the battle against the disease, many believe. Three weeks ago, the NIH withdrew its opposition to “wonder-drug” ivermectin as a treatment for both outpatient and hospitalized Covid patients.”
One study cited by the FDA which showed that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) may cause heart side effects was conducted by administering many times the recommended dose, as much as 1200 mg a day for 10 days, or 12,000 mg.
The upper-end dose for Plaquenil (HCQ) for the treatment of malaria is 2,000 mg, according to directions:
Adults: 800 mg followed by 400 mg at 6 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after the initial dose.
This was six times recommended dose. This is the study which prompted the FDA to issue its warning over the use of HCQ.
Dr. Risch has lambasted Dr. Anthony Fauci for using his clout as a high official to suppress cheap, life-saving treatments for AIDS in the Eighties, in order to pave the way for more profitable drugs and vaccines.
Coronaviruses are Not New
Misrepresentation of the COVID-19 virus as competely new, to which there is no resistance. As Dr. Yeadon, formerly of Pfizer, and his colleagues write:
“There are at least four well characterised family members (229E, NL63, OC43 and HKU1) which are endemic and cause some of the common colds we experience, especially in winter. They all have striking sequence similarity to the new coronavirus.”
“It is now established that at least 30% of our population already had immunological recognition of this new virus, before it even arrived…COVID-19 is new, but coronaviruses are not.”
Dr. Yeadon says that, as a result of prior “T-cell” immune responses to other coronaviruses, only 15-25% of a population being infected may be sufficient to reach herd immunity.
Growing Evidence That the COVID-19 Virus Was Man-Made
Fox journalist Steve Hilton once again took to the airwaves last Sunday in a frontal assault on Dr. Anthony Fauci, relentlessly demanding a response from Fauci on why NIH grants for gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses were funneled, at Fauci’s direction, and against a US ban on such research, to the Wuhan lab in China starting in 2014.
The Wuhan lab is, like all institutions in the closed and strictly controlled society, under the control of the Chinese Communist Party, and under the direct orders of the People’s Liberation Army.
Hilton revealed the documents in a two-part “Special Investigation” broadcast on the Fox channel, both embedded below.
It is known that at that time, the Wuhan lab was in possession of the bat coronavirus which most closely matches COVID-19, except for characteristics which allow COVID-19 to be transmitted from human to human. This, says Hilton, brandishing NIH documents to support his claims, is the precise area covered by the gain-of-function research funded by Fauci.
Addressing Fauci directly into the camera, Hilton says:
“The more we dig into this story, the more it looks as if we were right, that you commissioned the genetic experiments which led to the creation of SARS-CoV2.”
Hilton repeatedly has invited Fauci or any other NIH official on the air to dispute his conclusions, and set the record straight.
The Chinese government has repeatedly refused to grant access to international observers and scientists to determine what is in, or may have been created, within the lab.
Many doctors and scientists, whose voices have been silenced, see no need for a vaccine at all for a 99.8% survival rate virus, overall, and 96% for people over 70. Former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer Dr. Mike Yeadon, says:

If Dr. Paul is right, then critical to this “Great Reset” is the ultimate institution of mandatory or coerced access to the bloodstream and tissues of the over 99% of the population, which does not travel in private planes, or live in well-stocked mansions or compounds with private security forces.

Klaus Schwab, chairman of the World Economic Forum , a gathering of the world’s most powerful people which meets in Davos, Switzerland to discuss future trends and initiatives, is the mastermind of the “Great Reset” which is presented as a response to environmental crisis. However, in his July 2020 book “COVID-19: The Great Reset,” Schwab readily admits that COVID is a “mild” disease which nevertheless serves the purpose of instituting undreamed of controls over humanity. Schwab writes that Covid-19 is:
“one of the least deadly pandemics the world has experienced over the last 2000 years…the consequences of COVID-19 in terms of health and mortality will be mild compared to previous pandemics”

According to a Scientific American story, the project came about following a direct request from Microsoft founder Bill Gates himself, who has been personally involved in efforts to eradicate polio and measles through vaccinations.”

In India, a committee of investigation found that thousands of girls, whose families were illiterate, were maimed by vaccine trials funded by Gates of Gardasil, an anti-HPV vaccine made by Merck, in which Gates had investments.
