FDA and CDC experts said the plan was ill-advised, so the agencies cut them out of the decision process.
The U.S. government is pushing Covid-19 vaccine boosters for 16- and 17-year-olds without supporting clinical data. A large Israeli population study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine earlier this month, found that the risk of Covid death in people under 30 with two vaccine shots was zero.
Booster mandates for healthy young people, which some colleges are imposing, will cause medical harm for the sake of transient reductions in mild and asymptomatic infections. In a study of 438,511 males 16 to 24, 56 developed myocarditis after their second Pfizer dose (or 1 in 7,830, at least seven times the usual rate). True, most cases were mild, but in the broader group of 136 people (including older and female patients) who developed myocarditis after the vaccine, seven had a “complicated course,” and one 22-year-old died. Moderna’s vaccine carries an even higher rate of heart complications, which is why some European countries have restricted it for people under 30. But in the U.S., the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indiscriminately push for boosters for all young people. . .
Last week I testified before Congress that many Covid policies are no longer driven by science. Data is being cherry-picked to support predetermined agendas, while the roles of natural immunity and life-saving therapeutics are being sidelined.

Dr. Robert Malone burst upon the scene when he warned that something was going badly wrong with a technology he helped invent.
He said the mRNA injections by Pfizer and Moderna, the technology for which ha had helped to invent, were not staying “stuck” at the injection site like they were supposed to. He said furthermore this was something that would have come out in the normal three to six years of animal trials. Except there were no normal three to six years of animal trials.
Malone has been the target of substandard hit pieces such as by the previously well-respected Atlantic, in which a writer whose credentials are “Tom Bartlett…a writer from Austin, Texas” corrects the Harvard Medical School post-doc by announcing, without sources; “Before going any further, let’s be clear that the back-and-forth between Bannon and Malone was premised on misinformation.”
The permanent Twitter ban comes after, this month, Dr. Malone issued a dire warning to parents not to allow their children to be injected with the COVID vaccines, perhaps his most important statement to date, below.
TRANSCRIPT ——————- My name is Robert Malone, and I am speaking to you as a parent, grandparent, physician and scientist. I don’t usually read from a prepared speech, but this is so important that I wanted to make sure that I get every single word and scientific fact correct.
I stand by this statement with a career dedicated to vaccine research and development. I’m vaccinated for COVID and I’m generally pro-vaccination. I have devoted my entire career to developing safe and effective ways to prevent and treat infectious diseases.
Before you inject your child – a decision that is irreversible – I wanted to let you know the scientific facts about this genetic vaccine, which is based on the mRNA vaccine technology I created:
There are three issues parents need to understand:
● The first is that a viral gene will be injected into your children’s cells. This gene forces your child’s body to make toxic spike proteins. These proteins often cause permanent damage in children’s critical organs, including

● Ask yourself if you want your own child to be part of the most radical medical experiment in human history
● One final point: the reason they’re giving you to vaccinate your child is a lie. ○ Your children represent no danger to their parents or grandparents ○ It’s actually the opposite. Their immunity, after getting COVID, is critical to save your family if not the world from this disease
In summary: there is no benefit for your children or your family to be vaccinating your children against the small risks of the virus, given the known health risks of the vaccine that as a parent, you and your children may have to live with for the rest of their lives.
The risk/benefit analysis isn’t even close.
As a parent and grandparent, my recommendation to you is to resist and fight to protect your children.
Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted Wednesday for helping late sex criminal and financier Jeffrey Epstein abuse underage girls.
Maxwell, who turned 60 years old on Christmas Day, faced six criminal counts at her trial. Jurors deliberated for five days before finding her guilty of five of the six counts. She faces the likelihood of years in prison.
She did not appear to have any reaction as the judge read the jury’s verdict.
Maxwell faces a second trial on perjury charges for allegedly lying under oath in a lawsuit filed by an accuser of Epstein.
The accusers in the case were teenagers when they were allegedly abused by Epstein at his properties in the United States and London.
Most of the conduct that formed the basis of the charges occurred in the 1990s.

BEVERLY, MA — A proposed coronavirus vaccination order to enter Beverly businesses was pulled from the agenda and the Beverly Board of Health subsequently abandoned a special meeting to discuss reimposing an indoor mask mandate after the virtual meeting was overrun by vocal opponents of further restrictions Tuesday afternoon.
“The Board of Health attempted to conduct a public meeting today to consider a proposed indoor mask mandate order,” the city said in a statement to Patch about two hours after the Board of Health sent the official meeting to a recess and never returned to the Google Meet session. “When it became clear that Board members could not facilitate their needed discussion and deliberation, they adjourned the meeting.
“We anticipate the Board will schedule another meeting in the near future for the purpose of considering the indoor mask mandate order.”
The Beverly Board of Health called the special meeting with both a business-entry vaccination order and a mask mandate for indoor public spaces on the agenda amid the recent surge in coronavirus cases.
But Board of Health member William Alpine said at the outset of the meeting that the vaccine order was being removed from the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting and only the mask mandate would be discussed and considered for a possible vote.
Board of Health members then attempted to begin the discussion on the mask mandate but sent the meeting to recess after about 15 minutes when more than 350 people flooded the virtual meeting with frequent interruptions and there was no mechanism to mute those not scheduled to speak.

At the Pathological Institute in Reutlingen, Germany on September 20, 2021, and again on December 4th, a team of top German pathologists and scientists presented findings from a first-ever independent set of autopsies of people who had died unexpectedly within 2 weeks of the COVID vaccine injections. In a shocking assertion, one pathologist calculated that, for a certain broad age group, takers of the shots were 15 times more likely to die from the shots than from COVID.
The doctors called for an “immediate stop” in the use of the injections by Pfizer and Moderna. They said there is now strong evidence that the “vaccines can trigger self-destructive processes that lead to debilitating illness and death.”
Dr. Arne Burkhardt has taught at the Universities of Hamburg, Berne and Tübingen. He has published more than 150 scientific articles in German and international scientific journals, and has audited and certified institutes of pathology in Germany.
Prof. Dr. Walter Lang was a pathologist at the Hannover Medical School from 1968-1985. Afterwards, for 25 years, Lang directed a private institute for pathology, which he founded, specializing in transplant pathology, extragynecological cytology, thyroid tumors, and lung/pleural pathology.
The doctors described what they said were never-before-seen patterns of attack by the immune system on the body’s own organs, discovered through microscopy and mass spectrometry. The doctors described “self-to-self attacks” leading to sudden heart inflammation, blood clotting, rapidly-growing cancers in young people, and many other bizarre findings. The team concluded that 30% to 40% of the bodies they examined, most likely 40%, had died as a direct result of the vaccines. All of the bodies examined were over age 50.
All of the conference videos and related ones are being actively censored and removed by Youtube, not to mention ignored by major media.
The “Debunks”
The primary study cited in the “debunks” to the pathologists’ findings is “COVID-19 Vaccination and Non-COVID-19 Mortality Risk,” which finds that in 11 million subjects, all-cause mortality is actually lower in vaccinated people than unvaccinated. But the study does not mention the audacious CDC definition of what constitutes an “unvaccinated” death: someone for whom 14 days has not passed since their second shot, or their first shot for J&J. However, data shows that one-third of unexpected deaths after vaccination took place within 48 hours, and many more soon after. In addition, most “debunks” such as a Reuters one can be dismissed on ground of immediately apparent intellectual dishonesty, such as implying that the scientists are claiming conclusive results, rather than strong evidence to be pursued further.

In a follow-up presentation on December 4, the pathologists said they had shown their findings to the leaders of their professional organizations, but had encountered what could only be described as “corruption.” Pathologist Professor Dr. Walter Lang showed his letter of resignation from the German Pathological Association, of which he was an early member, in protest of this “corruption.”
Dr. Lang concluded that the leader of the group was interested only in “burying” his findings, “along with the dead.”
A specialized attorney who was invited to present on the legal ramifications of the autopsy findings said that “we have a criminal case.”

Dr. Lang said the medical establishment was now “monstrous.” He said in studying the UK data between vaccinated and unvaccinated, he had no choice but to conclude that, for the most part, people who had been vaccinated were more likely to catch COVID than those who had not, and that “vaccination is useless, it doesn’t protect you.” (Other sources, vaccinated vs. unvaccinated cases and deaths)

Professor Dr. Burkhardt said in his September presentation, in clear astonishment, that he was still “looking for names” for the pathologies he had witnessed.
At another point, showing an image of a microscope slide to the audience, he said “I couldn’t stop looking at this.” He made reference to a box of evils suddenly being opened, which in mythology was “Pandora’s Box.”
The research team recommended that, for the time being, all COVID-19 vaccination should cease.
The news site the TheN24.com, on Sept. 21, 2021, reported in “The lymphocytes run amok” – Pathologists investigate deaths after COVID-19 vaccination”, that in ten deaths:
“they found that five were very likely and two were probably vaccine-related; They considered one to be unclear and two they saw no causal connection. What amazed them, however, were the similarities between the cases they linked to the vaccination.”
Metallic Objects Found in Vaccines
Also found were metallic objects in the vaccines which are not declared in the vaccine ingredients. The Swedish news site NewsVoice reported on September 24, 2021:
“The researchers also make the very remarkable statement that no one knows what the metal structures and formations that are formed in the body after vaccination are or have for their purpose.”
The findings are announced after doctors and scientists have long called for a halt to the mass roll-out of the substances long before Phase III clinical trials are complete, which is at the earliest the end of 2022, and say that too little is known about the mRNA spike protein”s long-term effects in the body. “The findings confirm Prof. Dr. Peter Schirmacher’s finding that among more than 40 corpses he autopsied who had died within two weeks of COVID19 vaccination, approximately one-third of those deaths were caused by the vaccination.”
In it’s official statement on the autopsy findings, Doctors for COVID Ethics writes:
“A natural infection with SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus) will in most individuals remain localized to the respiratory tract. In contrast, the vaccines cause cells deep inside our body to express the viral spike protein, which they were never meant to do by nature. Any cell which expresses this foreign antigen will come under attack by the immune system, which will involve both IgG antibodies and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes. This may occur in any organ. We are seeing now that the heart is affected in many young people, leading to myocarditis or even sudden cardiac arrest and death….

In the below video, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, a member of Doctors for COVID Ethics, and one of the many doctors to early on predicted the dangers of the mRNA spike protein injections, is clearly outraged at the results of the autopsies. Dr. Bhakdi has been warning about the drugs which are still in Phase III clinical trials until the end of 2022 at the earliest, and calling, like many other scientists, for a halt to mass general use of the injections until the trials are complete.
Dr. Bhakdi is Professor emeritus of the University of Mainz, where he served as the chair of the department of medical microbiology and hygiene from 1991 to 2012. From 1990 to 2012, he served as Editor in Chief of Medical Microbiology and Immunology. In 2001 he was awarded the Aronson Prize for achievements in microbiology and immunology.
Pathologists Say Extraordinary Number of Deaths in Days After Vaccination Warranted Closer Study
The September 20th conference opened up with an analysis of the sheer numbers of reports of deaths following close after the injections, in the UK and the US. In the US, the CDC’s official Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS,) where such events are reported, logged 10,000% more deaths suspected of being related to the COVID injections than for all other types of vaccines combined, over 20,000 deaths.
Both Pfizer and Moderna have warned in their fact-sheet inserts that “many” people with certain allergies and conditions “should not” take the shots. Nevertheless the shots are overwhelmingly hastily administered and such fully informed consent is rare.
The statistical analysis concluded that the statistics alone indicate “There is a problem” which merited the deep forensic examinations.
More Athletes Die Suddenly of Heart Attacks, Peer Reviewed Science Journal Estimates Perhaps “Hundreds of Thousands” of US Dead From Injections
Anecdotally, this week four more young, fabulously fit professional soccer players from around the world dropped dead of heart attacks. Websites and articles, never, ever reported in mainstream media with the rare exception of Fox News, continue to spring up and give voice to an alarming number of people who say the voices of the families of the dead and injured are being censored. In one instance, an ABC News station put out a call for tragic stories of people who had died of COVID after not being vaccinated. The unexpected response was a stunning deluge of stories of people reporting injury and death by the injections.
In October of 2021, the peer-reviewed, highly-regarded science journal Toxicology Reports published a study which estimated deaths directly caused by the vaccines “could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA,” and stressed that long-term effects are as yet unknown.
Best estimates are that COVID is a 99.9% recovery rate virus, similar to flu, according to Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis. Common flu is 99.9%.
Another pathologist, Dr. Ryan Cole, MD, who holds medical degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, has made similar warnings about the vaccines and drawn similar conclusions. Dr. Cole shows his own lab evidence that Pfizer and Moderna mRNA spike protein injections may be quietly killing injection recipients through “micro-clots,” inflammation, and immune suppression.
Doctors for COVID Ethics last April sent letters to all members of European parliaments who were mandating the experimental vaccinations that they are committing Crimes Against Humanity.

Vaccine-Induced Organ Failure Concerns Not New
Last June, enlisting the aid of certain doctors and scientists, the media launched into attack mode immediately after a Canadian immunologist and vaccine developer warned that the Pfizer/Moderna injections might pose a danger to the body’s organs, in particular the heart, brain, and through blood clotting issues.
Soon afterwards, the Internet was rife with “debunks” of Dr. Bridle’s concerns. A Reuters “fact check” proclaimed “There is no proof that spike proteins created in response to mRNA vaccines are harmful to the body, scientists have told Reuters.”
An anonymous Internet user even created a website using Dr. Bridle’s name, ByramBridle.com, and made the doctor and immunology professor out to be a “quack.” Strong forces were at work to discredit him.
As the autopsies’ results showing medically novel lymphocyte attacks in vaccinated subjects soon after vaccination sets off discussion of the gene manipulators which have already logged 10,000% more VAERS reports deaths than all other vaccines combined, for the year, more people are questioning the cozy relationship between the FDA, major pharmaceuticals companies, and the US medical establishment.
Pfizer has just asked that the clinical trials data for it’s COVID injection be kept hidden from public view for 75 years. Hospitals take in an average of $160,000 extra per COVID case from the US government. And in his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reveals that high FDA officials are allowed to owns parts of patents on the very drugs they are charged with regulating, and can keep up to $150,000 per year in royalties, for life.
Fair Notice to US Politicians and Health Authorities That They Are Committing Crimes Against Humanity
The following constitutes fair notice: All politicians who are using their office to coerce unwilling persons into submitting to the still experimental-stage mRNA injections made by Pfizer and Moderna, which have now been shown, by rigorous autopsies on persons who died soon after taking the injections, to cause never-before-seen types and patterns of organ failure, are hereby put on notice that they are committing Crimes Against Humanity.
Similarly for all employers, school administrators, and university presidents. It should be noted that it has been established that, in any context, following unlawful orders is not a defense.
Professor Dr. Bhakdi Predicts Vaccine-Induced Tidal Wave of Among the Vaccinated of Tuberculosis, Herpes/Shingles, Cancers, and Tumors.
Reports of deaths possibly caused by the current COVID injections are 10,000% more than the reports of deaths for all other vaccines combined, for 2021. The autopsies performed by Dr. Arne Burkhardt, former head of Institute of Pathology in Reutlingen for 18 years, and Dr. Walter Lang, a pathologist at the Hannover Medical School from 1968-1985, have shown a recurring, novel pattern of immune system self-attack of organs which it was predicted may happen by, among other scientists, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, Professor Emeritus of the University of Mainz, chair of the department of medical microbiology and hygiene from 1991 to 2012.
Recurring death patterns include heart inflammation and blood clotting issues. Dr. Bhakdi now predicts there will be a tidal wave among the vaccinated in tuberculosis, herpes/shingles, cancers, and tumors.
There is other evidence that increases in hospital utilization going into the winter of 2021 is a result of side effects of the vaccinations. In the UK, as reported in the Telegraph via Yahoo News in “Thousands more people than usual are dying … but it’s not from Covid”:
“While focus remains firmly fixed on Covid-19, a second health crisis is quietly emerging in Britain. Since the beginning of July, there have been thousands of excess deaths that were not caused by coronavirus.”
“Data from Public Health England (PHE) shows that during that period there were 2,103 extra death registrations with ischemic heart disease, 1,552 with heart failure, as well as an extra 760 deaths with cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke and aneurysm and 3,915 with other circulatory diseases.”
Heart inflammation, strokes, and other blood-clotting diseases are the precise dangers which have been warned about by doctors and scientists, as effects of the vaccines, from the start.
In June 2021 Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD, UCLA Geffen School of Medicine, and Professor Harvey A. Risch, MD, PhD, Yale School of Public Health, wrote in the Wall Street Journal:
“Four serious adverse events follow this arc, according to data taken directly from Vaers: low platelets (thrombocytopenia); noninfectious myocarditis, or heart inflammation, especially for those under 30; deep-vein thrombosis; and death.”

The 1947 Nuremberg Code states about medical experimentation, verbatim in Point 1:
“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.”

A threat of job loss, and consequent loss of income and ability to feed oneself and one’s family, is a real and tangible “threat,” impacting the ability to survive physically. A threat to physical survival is a true threat.

A new drug is “experimental” while it is still being formally experimented upon in clinical trials, according to the FDA-approved protocol. This is not open to interpretation. It is axiomatic.
The government website NIH.gov confirms, as common sense tells us, that all drug candidates are by definition experimental until phase III safety trials are complete and evaluated.
“A Phase III trial gathers more information about safety and effectiveness, studying different populations and different dosages, using the drug in combination with other drugs. The number of subjects usually ranges from several hundred to about 3,000 people. If the FDA agrees that the trial results are positive, it will approve the experimental drug or device.” (emphasis added)
“it is not known whether the potential medical treatment offers benefit to patients until clinical research on that treatment is complete. Clinical trials are an integral part of new product discovery and development and are required by the Food and Drug Administration before a new product can be brought to the market.” (emphasis added)
The FDA has never in history approved a drug for general population use, outside of emergency use authorization, before all three phases of human clinical trials were complete.
Moreover, as clinical trials results are public record, no drug company has ever asked of the FDA to keep clinical trials data secret for 75 years, as Pfizer is now doing.
Nevertheless, mayors and governors, most recently Mayor Michelle Wu in Boston, are mandating that people take the shots before being allowed into indoor public spaces. In New York City, children as young as five must prove that they have been given the shots.
Except for emergency use authorization, a special case, the commissioner of the FDA has no authority to approve drugs outside of carefully laid-out, FDA clinical trials protocols rules and regulations.
Participation in Coercion to Force Experimental Treatments is a Crime Against Humanity
The Doctors Trial portion of the Nuremberg Trials established the firm principle that consent must be given: by:
“free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”
In an online, social media exchange, a young gradate student writes:

In an October 2021 study in the highly regarded, peer reviewed science journal Toxicology Reports, unreported in the media, scientists estimate that the true number of deaths directly resulting from the “vaccines,” a disputed description, may be in the “hundreds of thousands.” In “Why are we vaccinating children against COVID-19?” a group of international scientists write in the peer reviewed Toxicology Reports:
“VAERS historically has under-reported adverse events by about two orders-of-magnitude, so COVID-19 inoculation deaths in the short-term could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA for the period mid-December 2020 to the end of May 2021…potentially swamping…COVID-19 deaths.“
Fauci Murder by Withholding Remedies, Gain-of-Function Research
As for the purported, oft-repeated, nearly million US death toll from COVID, many point out that it was not COVID which killed all these people, if it was COVID at all and not other co-morbidities. It was, according to doctors like Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Mike Yeadon, the withholding,which goes on to this day, of cheap, effective remedies which have been demonized by Dr. Anthony Fauci and state medical boards, such as Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, which have been shown to reduce COVID mortality rates by 80%. Dr. Malone has accused Fauci of causing “over half a million deaths in the United States” by withholding such remedies. Through the same means, Dr. Yeadon has accused his UK government of “mass murder.”

Treading a well-worn path from “strictly voluntary” as the still experimental COVID vaccines were called just months ago, only now to be made mandatory for ordinary life in city after city, Sweden is pioneering the implantation of RFID biochips between the thumb and forefinger as a way to prove submission to what are still Phase III clinical trials drugs employing novel mRNA technology.
The side effects of the drugs have prompted many doctors and scientists to call for halts to the mass injections of Phase III stage drugs [partial list of statements: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. ]
There is evidence that increases in hospital utilization going into the winter of 2021 is a result of side effects of the vaccinations, not COVID. In the UK, as reported in the Telegraph via Yahoo News in “Thousands more people than usual are dying … but it’s not from Covid”:

Heart inflammation, strokes, and other blood-clotting diseases are the precise dangers which have been warned about by doctors and scientists, as effects of the vaccines, from the start. The injections have popularly been nicknamed “clot shots.”
Voluntary Always Becomes Mandatory in COVID-Land
In a video compilation, Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Dr. Scott Jensen (below) shows how assurances made by politicians that something will be strictly voluntary soon turn into mandates, with vicious attacks on those who resist them. As recently as September 2021 Nancy Pelosi cooed soothingly: “We cannot require someone to get vaccinated, that’s just not what we do.” It is inconceivable that, given the present trajectory, implanted biochips will not eventually become mandatory as well.
Biochips Are Not Just for Vaccine Status, but a Mechanism for Total Control, Brought to You by Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, and Other Psychopaths
Theoretically, the chips could link not only to vaccine status, but to a global database and artificial intelligence computer network, which monitors a person’s movements, activity, personal and financial records, and biometric data such as heart rate, body temperature, and body chemistry.
In his 2013 book, The Fourth Industrial Revolution, Klaus Schwab, the founder of the annual billionaire’s and heads-of-state conference the World Economic Forum, which meets in Davos, Switzerland, wrote of his vision for the future: to track and monitor any human who presumably did not belong to a tiny billionaire elite, like a “package” or a “pallet.”

In an interview in 2016, Scwab said that biochips would be implanted into the human brain for “direct communication between the physical world,” which means that stimuli and digital signals could be input into a person’s brain, which would in essence make one into a robot.
Like an insane prisoner being interrogated who doesn’t know when to stop talking, Schwab immediately went on to describe what sounded like a society of robot slaves for the ultra-wealthy, using Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg as someone who has said he would someday have his own robot slave. Nothing indicated that Schwab was not talking about a human.

“Vaccine passports” are mandatory in Sweden. After the obligatory, contextless preamble that COVID has “killed over 5.2M worldwide,” TRT World reports in “Swedes get microchip implants after Covid passport mandate”:
“Following Sweden’s announcement that the coronavirus vaccine passport requirement will be put into practice, the number of people who got microchips inserted under their skin rose…those with microchip implants have stopped carrying vaccine passports, keys, ID cards, and even train tickets with them, thanks to radio frequency identification technology, a wireless system comprising tags and readers.”
60 million people die globally each year. So split over two years, 5.2 M has accounts for less than 5% of world deaths each year, versus heart disease,strokes, and pulmonary disease, which together comprise about a third.
That amount is typical of a bad flu season, although the US, the richest country in the world, ranks in the top 20 of countries disproportionately affected by COVID. All of these countries typically have banned the doctor-guided use of hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin.

In sum, some have said that the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” is not a revolution at all, but another ages-old impulse for governments to combine with the wealthiest and most powerful of private interests for the enslavement of the masses, this time with unimaginably powerful technologies which previous tyrants could only dream of. But none of it works without unfettered, regular access to each person’s bloodstream, in the guise of concerns over public health. It has become apparent that the ruthless push to force every person to submit to the needle, up to and including throwing life-long, taxpaying workers into the specter of starvation by deprivation of livelihood, is about much more than a 99.9% recovery rate virus.
As Bobby Kennedy’s book on Fauci, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” skyrockets to the top of the Amazon charts and scoops up five-star reviews, Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA delivery system now being used by Pfizer and Moderna, has come out swinging against Anthony Fauci.
Fauci last week said that Tucker Carlson and others who criticize him are “killing people.” Afterwards, Dr. Malone, who did his work on mRNA technology while at the Salks Institute, and who did post-doc work at Harvard Medical School, struck back.
“Look Tony, there are over half a million deaths in the United States for this virus, completely unnecessary because the federal government has very actively blocked the ability of physicians to provide lifesaving medications early in the infection. They’ve set a policy where physicians aren’t supposed to be treating as outpatients, they’re only supposed to be treating as inpatients. And you only get admitted when your body is pretty effectively trashed by the virus. And so we have this high rate of dying.”
The world renown scientist thus lays many future COVID deaths, as long as Fauci’s policies are in place, at the feet of Fauci. Dr. Malone’s position on Ivermectin as a valuable “lifesaving medication” is well-known.
In an amusing coda to expected attacks on Malone’s credentials, Wikipedia attempted to erase references to his role in inventing the mRNA vaccine platform. But readers found archived Wikipedia pages confirming his role (below.)

As of the end of November, 67 studies, including 58 randomized control trials and 46 peer-reviewed, showed up to 80% reductions in COVID mortality with the use of Ivermectin under doctor supervision. Dr. Malone’s estimate that 500,000 people’s deaths were “unnecessary” is in line with that number.
Dr. Malone is one of the 4,200 doctors and scientists who have signed the Fall 2021 “Rome Declaration,” which calls for doctors to have their unfettered traditional, medical judgement-based use of FDA certified drugs for off-label uses. Key among these for COVID are Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, which are widely used with reported great success in other countries, such as India, Indonesia, Mexico, many African countries, and now Japan.
Despite ongoing FDA and media assertions that Ivermectin does not work, and in fact can be dangerous, such assertions never rebut, and simply ignore, overwhelming evidence to the contrary. There is strong evidence that Ivermectin is even effective against all COVID variants, including “Delta.”
But the most shocking example of evidence being simply ignored as the mantra “no evidence” is repeated, are the multiple studies linked to the FDA’s own webpage on Ivermectin.
FDA’s Own Cited Studies Show Ivermectin Works, Pandemic Was Manufactured
The FDA’s own website which says that Ivermectin is not “effective against COVID” links to multiple science which says exactly the opposite.
The discovery takes place as the newsletter for the Kaiser health system reports an influx of non-COVID patients with “heart conditions” and “blood clots,” which have been associated with the Pfizer/Moderna mRNA injections. Taiwan, Germany, and France have all placed restrictions on the injections for younger age groups.
Despite warnings that Ivemectin can be dangerous, which is always a result of desperate people not under doctor supervision either taking massive, non-recommended doses, or taking animal versions, the drug has a sterling safety record. A study posted at the NIH website says:
“Ivermectin has continually proved to be astonishingly safe for human use.”
Although the links for the individual studies on Ivermectin at the FDA website go only to the study protocols, the studies may be researched by title and the full studies found.
One must ask if the bureaucrats at FDA and other agencies charged with public health honestly think that Americans cannot read. Media reporters seem not to be able to read, either.

The studies range in date from mid-2020 into mid-2021, as the FDA and Dr. Fauci maintain their hard positions against using Ivermectin in any way for COVID. Meanwhile, thousands of mostly elderly have died for lack of treatment.
Although overwhelming science has been cataloged which shows Ivermectin reduces COVID mortality by as much as 80%, no US or any other media outlet has bothered to mention that many of the studies are pinned to the FDA’s own webpage. Instead, the media picks up on the false implication, made recently that Ivermectin is only for livestock.
Ivermectin is a Nobel Prize-winning drug which has been in use for humans for various ailments, for decades. Declines in COVID mortality on the order of 80% would have meant no pandemic.
Following are the conclusions of the studies listed in the FDA list of sources for its own position. However the linked studies do not support that position, that “available data do not show Ivermectin is effective against COVID-19.” The linked studies support the opposite. Presently there are 81 studies listed, but only a handful have “results available.” The ones that do all show that Ivermectin works, a sampling below.
Again, lest charges of “misinformation” lie waiting in the wings, in the following section these studies are all referenced by the FDA’s own website.
Conclusion: “According to the findings obtained, ivermectin can provide an increase in clinical recovery, improvement in prognostic laboratory parameters and a decrease in mortality rates even when used in patients with severe COVID-19. Consequently, ivermectin should be considered as an alternative drug that can be used in the treatment of COVID-19 disease or as an additional option to existing protocols.”
Conclusion: “The positive signal found in this pilot warrants the conduction of larger trials using ivermectin for the early treatment of COVID-19.Such trials should include patients with risk factors for severe diseaseas well as patients with pneumonia. The potential for a mechanism of action different to direct antiviral effect also opens the door for preexposure prophylaxis in high-risk groups.”
Conclusion: “we consider IDEA protocol to be a scientifically based, low-cost treatment and sustainable healthcare strategy with a favorable benefit-risk ratio, based on the results reported in this article: reduction in overall mortality to one fourth, reduction in mortality of hospitalized patients to one eighth and no progression of mild cases to moderate or severe cases.”
Conclusion: “Ivermectin is suggested to be a promising effective chemoprophylactic drug against COVID-19. Ivermectin is inexpensive, available and quite safe drug. As this is the first report regarding use of ivermectin in COVID-19 prophylaxis, it is very appropriate to promptly and rigorously study this drug further.”
Conclusion: “The mean time to stay in the hospital was significantly lower in IVM group compared with the controls…Add-on use of IVM to HCQ and AZT had better effectiveness, shorter hospital stay, and relatively safe compared with controls. however, a larger prospective study with longer follow up may be needed to validate these results.”
“Close to 70 clinical trials are currently in progress worldwide for SARS-CoV-2. Although few of these studies have been completed, the results that are available, as well as those from observational/retrospective studies, indicate clinical benefit.”
Strongest Evidence Yet of Criminal Fraud
The deliberate, coordinated suppression of cheap and effective remedies for COVID over the last year and a half has, rather than stay buried as some might prefer, continued to rear its ugly head.
This month, November, medical choice activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. released his long-awaited book which has already shot to the top of the charts, “The Real Anthony Fauci.” The book is a damning indictment of Fauci’s career and present role as the nation’ top health advisor. In particular, the book details previous patterns of suppressing information and remedies in order to advance the agenda of Big Pharma.
In India, physicians and the Indian Bar Association have filed a lawsuit against WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. The legal notice filed by the IBA states:
“It is amply clear that your criminal mind is working swiftly to…cause as much possible damage to people and to stop the use of ‘Ivermectin’…”(LEGAL NOTICE)
“The indicated biological mechanism of IVM, competitive binding with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, is likely non-epitope specific, possibly yielding full efficacy against emerging viral mutant strains.”
However, currently, any suggestion that Ivermectin is effective, is bashed down by Facebook, Big Tech, and the media with charges of “misinformation.” At Methodist Hospital in Houston, a doctor has been suspended after successfully treating her COVID patients with a range of treatments, including Ivermectin.
Rarely has information which upsets the narrative of government authorities come so conveniently from the government itself.
The FDA’s blanket statement on its Ivermectin webpage, “Currently available data do not show ivermectin is effective against COVID-19,” is a polar, direct inversion of the truth, easily provable in any court of law.
This is the strongest evidence yet that fraud has been perpetrated on the American public, with the intention of framing the currently still-experimental COVID Pfizer and Moderna injections as salvation.

“an inference of conspiracy has to be drawn on the basis of circumstantial evidence only because it becomes difficult to get direct evidence on such issue – The offence can only be proved largely from the inference drawn from acts or illegal omission committed by them. in furtherance of a common design..”
Gates’ fingerprints can now be seen a broad range of elements which contributed to the narrative leading to the conclusion that vaccine mandates and digital “passports” are a necessary part of the “new normal,” along with the unfathomable tools for repression they embody.
Early on, Gates denounced a group of medical doctors for making the “outrageous” claim that careful use of hydroxychloroquine could short-circuit the pandemic, a view shared by eminent Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch. Gates has no medical degree nor did he even graduate from college. Gates funded the professor whose “lockdown” theory still holds millions in virtual imprisonment, worst of all in Australia and Austria.
A study concluding that “130,000 lives” would be saved by more people wearing masks, oft-recited by Anthony Fauci, was funded by a University of Washington affiliate heavily funded by Gates.
Gates and company’s money also goes to many of the “fact check” groups which “debunk” the many bad things said about him. Gates has funded a “quantum-dot tattoo” technology, a kind of barcode for humans, and is behind the digital identification program ID2020, through its “partnership” with Gates’ global vaccination lobbyist the GAVI Alliance.
US elites may admire the Chinese model of social control on their general population, and make their own pacts with the Chinese Communist Party. This would explain Anthony Fauci’s role in directing NIH funds to the Chinese Wuhan lab for bat virus, gain-of-function research. The Wuhan lab is the bioweapons arm of the People’s Liberation Army.

Countries Banning or Limiting Injections Over Heart Inflammation and Blood Clotting Issues
Iceland has halted Moderna shots completely, across all ages. Taiwan has banned the use of the Pfizer shot for 12 – 17 years of age over heart inflammation. A growing number of countries have suspended the shots due to heart inflammation or blood-clotting issues, for various age categories. They were all deemed “safe and effective” from the start, after the most rapid roll-out in history. No one knows what else will be announced, but only after millions have taken the shots.
Criminal Case Petitioner Was Healthy 23, Forced to Take Injection to Get to Work
The petitioner in the criminal complaint is the mother of deceased Shri Hitesh Kadve, age 23 years, who:
“lost his life due to act of willful commission and omission attributable to some public servants who are misusing their position to bring policies to help the pharma mafia and thereby [are] responsible [for] mass murders.”
“Mafia” in this context refers to, as Merriam-Webster describes, “a group of people of similar interests or backgrounds prominent in a particular field or enterprise.” US law echoes Indian law in its view toward the requirements for proving a conspiracy. In the 1993 Hofstra Law Review article “RICO’s Conspiracy Agreement Requirement…” the author writes:
“It is important to note that the agreement to join the conspiracy may be proven by circumstantial evidence, just as a RICO conspiracy can.”
According to his mother, Shri Hitesh Kadve was coerced into reluctantly submitting to the Astrazeneca Covishield injection in order to access public transportation to get to his job. The criminal complaint says that in no way was he informed of the dangers and risks of the injection.
On the contrary, the narrative put forth by official sources and repeated by the media follow the statements of Dr. D.G. Somani, Drug Controller General of India, a sort of Indian Anthony Fauci. Somani, who is one of the defendants in the case, said the vaccines are “110% safe.”
In an interview on January 4, 2021, Somani said on the record:
“We’ll never approve anything if there is slightest of safety concern. The vaccines are 110 per cent safe”.
However, the complaint notes, by the time Kadve was coerced into taking the injection in order to keep his job, at least 18 countries had banned Covishield for safety reasons, a fact never made known to Kadve.
“The date on which the last participant in a clinical study was examined or received an intervention/treatment to collect final data for the primary outcome measures, secondary outcome measures, and adverse events.” [emphasis added]
Since “adverse events” data, i.e. safety issues, is not complete until February 2023, no one can possibly make any scientifically conclusive determination yet that the drug is “safe.” A review of about a thousand US COVID vaccine deaths reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed that one-third of the deaths took place within 48 hours of taking the needle, and most of the rest not long after.
The complaint namesBill Gates as a co-conspirator with Indian magnate Adar Poonawalla, owner and CEO of the Serum Institute, a private biotech which manufactures Covishield under license with Astrazeneca. Foundations controlled by Gates have given $750 million to the private Serum Institute, in order to vastly increase the number of doses available in a country with about the same population as China. The rushed roll-out furthers Gates’ long-held goal, now implemented in India, of a digital ID, which can then be tied to all other services necessary to conduct a “normal” life, including banking and travel.

Informed Consent
Spelling out what “informed consent” consists of, the Indian Bar Association cited case law which describes:
“The doctor explains the options to the patient, setting out the potential benefits, risks, burdens and side effects of each option, including the option to have no treatment. The doctor may recommend a particular option which they believe to be best for the patient, but they must not put pressure on the patient to accept their advice. The patient weighs up the potential benefits, risks and burdens of the various options as well as any non-clinical issues that are relevant to them.
This is the proper procedure“even if the risk is very small.” The definition of informed consent is similar in all Western jurisprudence.
However, in many COVID injection locations, in the US as well as in India, the decision to put novel, experimental substances into the body looked nothing like informed consent, especially for a novel technology, mRNA, the inventor of which is staunchly against all COVID vaccine mandates and passports.
In fact many vaccinations in the US had people lined up like cattle and had no more interaction than shown in the video below. This would seem to constitute medical malpractice on the part of providers administering novel, Phase III trial shots in this manner, who are provided with a list of items to be discussed, possibly disqualifying, before the procedure.

The Nuremberg Code
The principles in the Indian Bar Association (IBA) criminal complaint were first embodied in the Nuremberg Code, which states that no medical experimentation can take place without fully informed consent, and that such consent cannot be obtained through coercion. Workplace coercion is recognized in law as a form of coercion, and is defined by human resources expert Shonna Waters, PhD, as tasks which are not part of the “job description.”

In an interview last week, Indian Bar Association attorney Dipali Ojha said that her organization is being contacted by attorneys from around the world, and that the case is being closely watched by medical providers and others who have misrepresented the safety of the injections.
Vaccine makers may have established legal immunity from lawsuits due to unprecedented favorable treatment by governments. Providers dispensing the drugs, or employers mandating them, have not.
Ojha says the case may serve as a model for a flood of lawsuits and criminal charges.
Gates’ Past History in India
The complaint argues that Gates’ history in India of testing vaccines on poor children of illiterate families, with disastrous consequences, shows a clear pattern of criminal activity worthy of the words “conspiracy” and “mass murder.” Despite a “debunk” campaign of such “false conspiracy theories” against Gates, Gates’ most prominent critic, nephew of the slain US president, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., will not let Gates’ past in India die.
“A popular conspiracy theory on Facebook digs into Bill Gates’ past to try to discredit his current efforts to speed up the development of a coronavirus vaccine. An April 13 post claims the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation “tested a polio vax in India between 2000 & 2017 and paralysed 496,000 children.””
The debunk proudly proclaims that the post “was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation,” that the story was also seen on another website “that has been known to publish misinformation.”
The debunk concludes: “We found no credible news reports about 496,000 paralyzed children in India due to a polio vaccine.”
That study concludes that between the years 2000 and 2017, when Gates was testing OPV in India (oral polio vaccine):
“there were an additional 491,000 paralyzed children above our expected numbers…our observation supports the hypothesis that the frequency of pulse polio administration [Gates’ oral polio vaccine] is directly or indirectly related to the incidence of NPAFP”
In other words, Bobby Kennedy, who has recently published the bestselling book The Real Anthony Fauci, is right.
Bill Gates Funded “Professor Lockdown,” Neil Ferguson, Who Provided Blueprint for Isolation and Mass House Arrest
One little known facet of Gates’ role in shaping the pandemic response, not mentioned in the complaint, is that Gates directly funded the Imperial College Professor who came up with the lockdown, social isolation, and social distancing theory which governments used to justify the “emergency powers” to order business closings and to flex the muscles of new, extraordinary powers. Prof. Neil Ferguson’s now widely discredited paper underlies all new powers claimed by governments under the guise of public health emergency.
Johan Giesecke, former chief scientist for the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention, has called Ferguson’s model “the most influential scientific paper” in memory. He also says it was “one of the most wrong.”
Gates gave nearly $8 million to Ferguson’s MCR Centre for Global Disease Analysis in March and April of 2020, just as a rationale for lockdowns was needed by would-be tyrants. Ferguson delivered it.
This shows yet another aspect of a coordinated, well-planned conspiracy, in all the major elements necessary to accomplish a push toward mandatory digital ID, tied to a single global database and artificial intelligence system, which can monitor and track every human who is not a member of a tiny elite, exactly as Klaus Schwab predicted.
And despite Gates’ relentless focus on profitable universal vaccination and digital identification as the way to better health in poor countries, development experts point out that greater strides would be made simply with better access to sanitation and clean water.
Despite a carefully crafted image that Gates is a late-life billionaire who is now giving away his fortune, Gates’ net worth has been steadily climbing as his giving has increased.
If a conspiracy to deprive non-elite humans of all autonomy and liberty is truly afoot, the success of the entire enterprise is dependent on the acceptance of the idea that the human, God-given immune system is obsolete.

As thousands of doctors and scientists continue to call attention to what they say are grave short-term and long-term dangers of the still experimental COVID mRNA injections, commonly referred to as “vaccines,” although that term is disputed, the CDC database which tracks deaths possibly linked to the Pfizer/Moderna injections shows a 10,000% increase over the number of deaths typically reported each year for all other non-COVID vaccines combined. [Update September 2022: In London an internationally renown, formerly pro-vax cardiologist, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, has called for a “pause and reappraisal of global vaccination policies for COVID-19.” Dr. Malhotra writes in the peer-reviewed Journal of Insulin Resistance“:
“Re-analysis of randomised controlled trials using the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology suggests a greater risk of serious adverse events from the vaccines than being hospitalised from COVID-19.”
Dr. Malhotra, who was one of the first prominent doctors to take two doses of the Pfizer vaccine, on “Good Morning Britain,” now says that early release of the mRNA technology before clinical trials were fully complete and analyzed, Pfizer’s on January 31 of 2023, was a “reckless gamble at best.“]
Iceland has halted Moderna shots completely, across all ages. Taiwan has banned the use of the Pfizer shot for 12 – 17 years of age over heart inflammation. A growing number of countries have suspended the shots due to heart inflammation or blood-clotting issues, for various age categories. They were all deemed “safe and effective” from the start, after the most rapid roll-out in history. No one knows what else will be announced, but only after millions have taken the shots.
Even the CDC is still evolving its position on the safety of the injections. This week, one year and 14 million shots later in the US, the CDC announced that it was holding a special meeting to decide whether to “get rid” of Johnson & Johnson vaccine over new blood clot data (Washington Post.)
Even though Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J all include warnings in their inserts that many people with certain allergies and conditions “should not” get the shots, the Biden administration is ordering OSHA fines on employers for every “unvaccinated” employee.
After an uproar in the science community which resulted in the paper being formally retracted by the publisher, the authors of the paper stand by their estimate.

But bewilderingly, the information from official sources and a prestigious journal has not been reported once by any major media outlet, which sticks relentlessly to the slogan “safe and effective,” and presents the news as if the only question is how to get more people to take the experimental injections.
All COVID mRNA injections are still in Phase III clinical trials. The earliest that any of the Phase III trials will be complete is late 2022.

Nevertheless, a number of city governments such as Philadelphia are mandating that people take the shots before being allowed into indoor public spaces. In New York City, children as young as five must prove that they have been given the shots. Despite a strong statement this month by a group of doctors of the highest caliber warning that the shots for children represent “all risk and no benefit,” in the words of Dr. Paul Alexander, a former adviser to the World Health Organization and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Resistance Strong and Rising
But daily actions around the world show a growing resistance to taking experimental drugs for 99,9% recovery rate disease, according to Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis. Common flu is 99.9% also. In New York city this week, a non-compliance protest broke out when decorate US Armed Forces veterans were arrested after refusing to show “vaccine passports” at a restaurant, after asking to be served and refusing to leave. No data on the long-term effects of the shots is available for the simple reason that such trials are still in progress. Dr. Peter McCullough, a noted cardiologist, who has testified on COVID treatments such as Ivermectin before the US Senate, recently said that “an extraordinary number” of young people will suffer “permanent damage” from the injections, and that the vaccine heart damage is far worse than any effects of COVID.
In a bombshell interview this week, Dr. Mccullough accused the mainstream medical profession of the “suppression of early treatment” of COVID in order to drive the public toward a vaccine regime. He said he believed there was a:
“very comprehensive suppression of early treatment in order to promote fear, suffering, isolation, hospitalization, and death. And it seemed to be completely organized and intentional in order to create acceptance for and then promote mass vaccination.”

Correlation Does Not Equal Causation, But it Does Equal a Warning Signal
In a typical year, between 120 and 200 non-COVID vaccine deaths are reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) about half of which are flu shots. Between 1997 and 2013 the average number of vaccine deaths per year reported to VAERS was 167. In the course of the past year, since the first COVID shot was given outside of clinical trials on December 14, 2020, VAERS reports of deaths following COVID shots are reaching 20,000, or over 10,000% higher than all other vaccine reports for a typical year.
Established in 1990, in the exact words of the CDC, VAERS is an:
““early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S.-licensed vaccines.”
“VAERS historically has under-reported adverse events by about two orders-of-magnitude, so COVID-19 inoculation deaths in the short-term could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA for the period mid-December 2020 to the end of May 2021…potentially swamping…COVID-19 deaths.
Correlation does not prove causation, and no one said that it does, a strawman. But neither was the VAERS established as a pointless exercise in reporting deaths and injuries which could have nothing to do with the vaccines that immediately precede them. In one significant sample of deaths, one-third occurred within 48 hours of the needle.

For all the risks of the injections which is never reported by the media, the fatality rate of COVID, overwhelmingly borne by the elderly and frail, is nowhere near the fatality rate of past diseases, as can be seen in the chart below,
A small number of institutions seem to have emerged as repeat offenders in creating or boosting flawed science to support the official COVID narrative, such as McGill University, Johns Hopkins Medical School, and heavily Bill Gates-supported University of Washington. It should be remembered that the Nazi Holocaust was first and foremost enabled by medical doctors, who labeled the “unfit” and Jewish “disease carriers.”
There is, in fact, a federal program for claimants of COVID injection deaths and injuries to apply to for compensation, similar to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which has paid out over $4 billion since 1986, mostly to victims of flu shots. That program is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, or CICP, but it has been deemed trivial by trial lawyers, a “black hole” with “no transparency, no court, no judge, and no right to appeal.”
However, the resistance to all manner of coercion and force being employed to make all people who are not exempt, such as congressmen and their staffs, from purported “vaccines”for a recovery rate for a 99.98% recovery rate virus for people under age 50, is strong.
The best estimate of the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) of COVID is .15%, according to Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis. Common flu is .1%.

On July 2 2021 my daughter Amanda Rich passed away from a blood clot which we have every reason to believe was linked to the Covid-19 vaccine.
Amanda leaves behind a 19 month old daughter Allie Grace.at the time of her death Amanda was in the process of getting her vet tech license so she could support herself and her daughter! As most 23 yr old young adults she had made no plans to die , only to live and give her daughter the best she possibly could. With no life insurance the funeral cost alone was 8k and that leaves not to put in a trust for her beautiful daughter and the life Amanda wanted for her! On November 9,2021 just 4 months and a week after Amanda passed I lost her daddy John Rich. He was 44…Just as suddenly and unexpectedly as Amanda. He apparently suffered a massive heart attack when he stood up from his desk to leave work for the day. Much like Amanda he was gone in seconds.
The latest data from a respected statistics website shows that, globally, the number of deaths from all causes for 2020 was no higher than expected, given previous years’ totals.

India Bar Association Files Criminal Case Accusing Bill Gates of “Mass Murder” With COVID Vaccines
Citing a legal doctrine which holds that, by definition, “conspiracies are hatched on secrecy” and “therefore…The offence can be proved from circumstantial evidences,” the Indian Bar Association has brought the world’s first criminal case naming Bill Gates as a co-conspirator in “a well orchestrated conspiracy” running “various false narratives” and making “false and misleading claim(s) that vaccines are completely safe.”
The complaint cites the Indian Supreme court case of Raman Lal Vs State 2001 Cri. L. J. 800,which ruled that:
“an inference of conspiracy has to be drawn on the basis of circumstantial evidence only because it becomes difficult to get direct evidence on such issue – The offence can only be proved largely from the inference drawn from acts or illegal omission committed by them. in furtherance of a common design..”
Gates’ fingerprints can now be seen a broad range of elements which contributed to the narrative leading to the conclusion that vaccine mandates and digital “passports” are a necessary part of the “new normal,” along with the unfathomable tools for repression they embody.
Early on, Gates denounced a group of medical doctors for making the “outrageous” claim that careful use of hydroxychloroquine could short-circuit the pandemic, a view shared by eminent Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch. Gates has no medical degree nor did he even graduate from college. Gates funded the professor whose “lockdown” theory still holds millions in virtual imprisonment, worst of all in Australia and Austria.
A study concluding that “130,000 lives” would be saved by more people wearing masks, oft-recited by Anthony Fauci, was funded by a University of Washington affiliate heavily funded by Gates.
Gates and company’s money also goes to many of the “fact check” groups which “debunk” the many bad things said about him. Gates has funded a “quantum-dot tattoo” technology, a kind of barcode for humans, and is behind the digital identification program ID2020, through it “partnership” with Gates’ global vaccination lobbyist the GAVI Alliance.
Gates’ company Microsoft, of which the elite, Rockefeller, Rothschilds-controlled investment houses Blackrock and Vanguard are now controlling shareholders, holds a patent for a truly dystopian system of tying humans to a crypto-based system of rewards and punishments, similar to China’s “social credit system.” In May 2021, a senior Chinese Communist Party intellectual that China had defeated America in a “biological war.”
It has been remarked that US financial elites would benefit by imposing a Chinese model of social control upon Americans, and make their own pacts with the Chinese Communist Party. This is one reason Anthony Fauci’s role in directing NIH funds to the Chinese Wuhan lab for bat virus, gain-of-function research, is so controversial.
Criminal Case Petitioner Was Healthy 23, Forced to Take Injection to Get to Work
The petitioner in the criminal complaint is the mother of deceased Shri Hitesh Kadve, age 23 years, who:
“lost his life due to act of willful commission and omission attributable to some public servants who are misusing their position to bring policies to help the pharma mafia and thereby [are] responsible [for] mass murders.”
“Mafia” in this context refers to, as Merriam-Webster describes, “a group of people of similar interests or backgrounds prominent in a particular field or enterprise.” US law echoes Indian law in its view toward the requirements for proving a conspiracy. In the 1993 Hofstra Law Review article “RICO’s Conspiracy Agreement Requirement…” the author writes:
“It is important to note that the agreement to join the conspiracy may be proven by circumstantial evidence, just as a RICO conspiracy can.”
According to his mother, Shri Hitesh Kadve was coerced into reluctantly submitting to the Astrazeneca Covishield injection in order to access public transportation to get to his job. The criminal complaint says that in no way was he informed of the dangers and risks of the injection.
On the contrary, the narrative put forth by official sources and repeated by the media follow the statements of Dr. D.G. Somani, Drug Controller General of India, a sort of Indian Anthony Fauci. Somani, who is one of the defendants in the case, said the vaccines are “110% safe.”
In an interview on January 4, 2021, Somani said:
“We’ll never approve anything if there is slightest of safety concern. The vaccines are 110 per cent safe”.
However, the complaint notes, by the time Kadve was coerced into taking the injection in order to keep his job, at least 18 countries had banned Covishield for safety reasons, a fact never made known to Kadve.
“The date on which the last participant in a clinical study was examined or received an intervention/treatment to collect final data for the primary outcome measures, secondary outcome measures, and adverse events.” [emphasis added]
Since “adverse events” data, i.e. safety issues, is not complete until February 2023, no one can possibly make any scientifically conclusive determination yet that the drug is “safe.” A review of about a thousand US COVID vaccine deaths reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed that one-third of the deaths took place within 48 hours of taking the needle, and most of the rest not long after.
The complaint namesBill Gates as a co-conspirator with Indian magnate Adar Poonawalla, owner and CEO of the Serum Institute, a private biotech which manufactures Covishield under license with Astrazeneca. Foundations controlled by Gates have given $750 million to the private Serum Institute, in order to vastly increase the number of doses available in a country with about the same population as China. The rushed roll-out furthers Gates’ long-held goal, now implemented in India, of a digital ID, which can then be tied to all other services necessary to conduct a “normal” life, including banking and travel.
Total Control and Submission of Non-Elite Humans is the Goal
In his book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution,” the founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab, a friend of Gates who once named Gates to his Young Global Leaders (YGL) program, writes openly of a system in which people have become commodities, to be monitored and tracked, with no rights to privacy. Schwab writes:
“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.” [emphasis added]
The motto of YGL is “Shaping the Future.” WEF is working with Bill Gates’ ID2020 initiative, which would provide non-elite humans with a unique identification “tag.” Other names in the group read like a Who’s Who of pandemic oppression, including Mark Zuckerberg, Justin Trudeau, Lynn Forester de Rothschild (whose family is a major owner of the mass media through Blackrock Investments,) Nathaniel de Rothschild, and California Governor Gavin Newsome.

The Indian legal action takes place as marches and demonstrations take place in honor of the ‘vaccine dead,’ people killed by the only short-term tested COVID biological agents. The complaint argues that Gates’ history in India of testing vaccines on poor children of illiterate families, with disastrous consequences, shows a clear pattern of criminal activity worthy of the words “conspiracy” and “mass murder.” Despite a “debunk” campaign of such “false conspiracy theories” against Gates, Gates’ most prominent critic, nephew of the slain US president, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., will not let Gates’ past in India die.

An April 13 post claims the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation “tested a polio vax in India between 2000 & 2017 and paralysed 496,000 children.””
The debunk proudly proclaims that the post “was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation,” that the story was also seen on another website “that has been known to publish misinformation.”
The debunk concludes: “We found no credible news reports about 496,000 paralyzed children in India due to a polio vaccine.”
That study concludes that between the years 2000 and 2017, when Gates was testing OPV in India (oral polio vaccine):
“there were an additional 491,000 paralyzed children above our expected numbers…our observation supports the hypothesis that the frequency of pulse polio administration [Gates’ oral polio vaccine] is directly or indirectly related to the incidence of NPAFP”
In other words, Bobby Kennedy, who has recently published the bestselling book The Real Anthony Fauci, is right.
Bill Gates Funded “Professor Lockdown,” Neil Ferguson, Who Provided Blueprint for Isolation and Mass House Arrest
One little known facet of Gates’ role in shaping the pandemic response, not mentioned in the complaint, is that Gates directly funded the Imperial College Professor who came up with the lockdown, social isolation, and social distancing theory which governments used to justify the “emergency powers” to order of business closings and to flex the muscles of other new, extraordinary powers. Prof. Neil Ferguson’s now widely discredited paper underlies all new powers claimed by governments under the guise of public health emergency.
Johan Giesecke, former chief scientist for the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention, has called Ferguson’s model “the most influential scientific paper” in memory. He also says it was “one of the most wrong.”
Gates gave nearly $8 million to Ferguson’s MCR Centre for Global Disease Analysis in March and April of 2020, just as a rationale for lockdowns was needed by would-be tyrants. Ferguson delivered it.
This shows yet another aspect of a coordinated, well-planned conspiracy, in all the major elements necessary to accomplish a push toward mandatory digital ID, tied to a single global database and artificial intelligence system, which can monitor and track every human who is not a member of a tiny elite, exactly as Klaus Schwab predicted.
And despite Gates’ relentless focus on profitable universal vaccination and digital identification as the way to better health in poor countries, development experts point out that greater strides would be made simply with better access to sanitation and clean water.

Citing a legal doctrine which holds that, by definition, “conspiracies are hatched on secrecy” and “therefore…The offence can be proved from circumstantial evidences,” the Indian Bar Association has brought the world’s first criminal case naming Bill Gates as a co-conspirator in “a well orchestrated conspiracy” running “various false narratives” and making “false and misleading claim(s) that vaccines are completely safe.”
The complaint cites the Indian Supreme court case of Raman Lal Vs State 2001 Cri. L. J. 800,which ruled that:
“an inference of conspiracy has to be drawn on the basis of circumstantial evidence only because it becomes difficult to get direct evidence on such issue – The offence can only be proved largely from the inference drawn from acts or illegal omission committed by them. in furtherance of a common design..”
Gates’ fingerprints can now be seen a broad range of elements which contributed to the narrative leading to the conclusion that vaccine mandates and digital “passports” are a necessary part of the “new normal,” along with the unfathomable tools for repression they embody.
Early on, Gates denounced a group of medical doctors for making the “outrageous” claim that careful use of hydroxychloroquine could short-circuit the pandemic, a view shared by eminent Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch. Gates has no medical degree nor did he even graduate from college. Gates funded the professor whose “lockdown” theory still holds millions in virtual imprisonment, worst of all in Australia and Austria.

Gates and company’s money also goes to many of the “fact check” groups which “debunk” the many bad things said about him. Gates has funded a “quantum-dot tattoo” technology, a kind of barcode for humans, and is behind the digital identification program ID2020, through its “partnership” with Gates’ global vaccination lobbyist the GAVI Alliance.
US elites may admire the Chinese model of social control on their general population, and make their own pacts with the Chinese Communist Party. This would explain Anthony Fauci’s role in directing NIH funds to the Chinese Wuhan lab for bat virus, gain-of-function research. The Wuhan lab is the bioweapons arm of the People’s Liberation Army.

They were all deemed “safe and effective” from the start, after the most rapid roll-out in history. No one knows what else will be announced, but only after millions have taken the shots.
Criminal Case Petitioner Was Healthy 23, Forced to Take Injection to Get to Work
The petitioner in the criminal complaint is the mother of deceased Shri Hitesh Kadve, age 23 years, who:
“lost his life due to act of willful commission and omission attributable to some public servants who are misusing their position to bring policies to help the pharma mafia and thereby [are] responsible [for] mass murders.”
“Mafia” in this context refers to, as Merriam-Webster describes, “a group of people of similar interests or backgrounds prominent in a particular field or enterprise.” US law echoes Indian law in its view toward the requirements for proving a conspiracy. In the 1993 Hofstra Law Review article “RICO’s Conspiracy Agreement Requirement…” the author writes:
“It is important to note that the agreement to join the conspiracy may be proven by circumstantial evidence, just as a RICO conspiracy can.”
According to his mother, Shri Hitesh Kadve was coerced into reluctantly submitting to the Astrazeneca Covishield injection in order to access public transportation to get to his job. The criminal complaint says that in no way was he informed of the dangers and risks of the injection.
On the contrary, the narrative put forth by official sources and repeated by the media follow the statements of Dr. D.G. Somani, Drug Controller General of India, a sort of Indian Anthony Fauci. Somani, who is one of the defendants in the case, said the vaccines are “110% safe.”
In an interview on January 4, 2021, Somani said on the record:
“We’ll never approve anything if there is slightest of safety concern. The vaccines are 110 per cent safe”.
However, the complaint notes, by the time Kadve was coerced into taking the injection in order to keep his job, at least 18 countries had banned Covishield for safety reasons, a fact never made known to Kadve.
“The date on which the last participant in a clinical study was examined or received an intervention/treatment to collect final data for the primary outcome measures, secondary outcome measures, and adverse events.” [emphasis added]
Since “adverse events” data, i.e. safety issues, is not complete until February 2023, no one can possibly make any scientifically conclusive determination yet that the drug is “safe.” A review of about a thousand US COVID vaccine deaths reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed that one-third of the deaths took place within 48 hours of taking the needle, and most of the rest not long after.
The complaint namesBill Gates as a co-conspirator with Indian magnate Adar Poonawalla, owner and CEO of the Serum Institute, a private biotech which manufactures Covishield under license with Astrazeneca. Foundations controlled by Gates have given $750 million to the private Serum Institute, in order to vastly increase the number of doses available in a country with about the same population as China. The rushed roll-out furthers Gates’ long-held goal, now implemented in India, of a digital ID, which can then be tied to all other services necessary to conduct a “normal” life, including banking and travel.

“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.” [emphasis added]

The Indian legal action takes place as marches and demonstrations take place in honor of the ‘vaccine dead,’ people killed by the only short-term tested COVID biological agents. The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years, including typically three to six years of animal trials before human testing.

This October, to an absolute major media blackout, the prestigious, peer-reviewed science journal Toxicology Reports, published a study concluding that the true number of US dead as a result of the COVID injections may in the “hundreds of thousands.” In the paper “Why are we vaccinating children against COVID-19?” the scientists write:
“COVID-19 inoculation deaths in the short-term could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA for the period mid-December 2020 to the end of May 2021…potentially swamping…COVID-19 deaths.

Spelling out what “informed consent” consists of, the Indian Bar Association cited case law which describes:
“The doctor explains the options to the patient, setting out the potential benefits, risks, burdens and side effects of each option, including the option to have no treatment. The doctor may recommend a particular option which they believe to be best for the patient, but they must not put pressure on the patient to accept their advice. The patient weighs up the potential benefits, risks and burdens of the various options as well as any non-clinical issues that are relevant to them.
This is the proper procedure“even if the risk is very small.” The definition of informed consent is similar in all Western jurisprudence.
However, in many COVID injection locations, in the US as well as in India, the decision to put novel, experimental substances into the body looked nothing like informed consent, especially for a novel technology, mRNA, the inventor of which is staunchly against all COVID vaccine mandates and passports.
In fact many vaccinations in the US had people lined up like cattle and had no more interaction than shown in the video below. This would seem to constitute medical malpractice on the part of providers administering novel, Phase III trial shots in this manner, who are provided with a list of items to be discussed, possibly disqualifying, before the procedure.

Last weekend, a group numbering in the hundreds staged a mourning march in Parma, Italy to commemorate those who have died as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine. The marchers held up pictures of the dead as they moved in solemn procession through central Parma, chanting the names of those lost to the experimental vaccines.
This kind of vigil seems to be spreading across the world. On November 20th, relatives of the vaccine dead held a vigil in South Korea where they shaved their heads in mourning for their lost loved ones and begged for answers from government officials.
As the number of dead and injured from the vaccine continues to rise, marches like this can only become more common as the public outpouring of grief continues.
