Maricopa County itself apologized for 30% Maricopa precincts, all Republican-leaning, having vote-counting tabulator problems which prevented thousands people from properly casting a vote. Many who found hours-long lines were told to go to other voting centers where they found exactly the same thing. Ensuring they were screwed six ways to Sunday, a judge refused to extend voting hours, usually a routinely granted injunction in such circumstances.
Of the 70 out of 223 voting centers published by Maricopa County as being affected, none were Democrat-leaning. Yet Deep State fake news bimbo Chris Jansing at Pravda-MSNBC takes it upon herself to inject, in a supposed news report, that objectors to the Maricopa County certification of Katie Hobbs as the winner over Kari Lake were “without evidence.” Repeatedly.
This merits treatment of the so-called report as an in-kind donation to the Democratic Party and the Hobbs campaign. It is basic journalism – now lost in the US – that you keep your stupid opinion to yourself when reporting the who, what, where and why.

Maricopa Election Officials Run Afoul of State Law Mandating “Impartiality” in Lake Vs. Hobbs Election, Carries Penalty of Up to Four Months in Prison
Update: Mojave County Supervisor votes ‘Yes’ (against his will) to certify election under threat of being arrested.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in Arizona, led by Chairman Bill Gates, has certified the results of the deeply flawed gubernatorial election in favor of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who then, as the state’s highest election official, would be in the unusual position of certifying her own controversial election.
The move is announced even as the county is embroiled in an investigation into “potential statutory violations” of Arizona’s election laws, announce last week by AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich. [ PDF of official letter from AZ Attorney General to Maricopa County]

According to the AZ election statute, Title 16, 16-452, the duties of the AZ Secretary of State and boards of supervisors, regarding elections, include conducting elections with a “maximum degree” of “impartiality.” The statute reads:
“After consultation with each county board of supervisors or other officer in charge of elections, the secretary of state shall prescribe rules to achieve and maintain the maximum degree of correctness, impartiality, uniformity and efficiency on the procedures for early voting and voting, and of producing, distributing, collecting, counting, tabulating and storing ballots. “
The same section of Title 16, 16-452, also reads:
“A person who violates any rule adopted pursuant to this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.”
AZ state law 13-707 stipulates that class 2 misdemeanors may be punished by up to four months in prison.
Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chairman Gates has on at least one occasion expressed personal political bias against GOP candidate Kari Lake. KTAR News in Phoenix wrote in August 5, 2022:
“Republican Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates said Thursday the party may need to lose in order to move away from candidates who deny election results.”
In other words, as the state’s most powerful election official at the head of its most populous county, with over 60% of the population, Gates seemed to all but say he would be more inclined to grant candidates a fair election if they did not engage in speech he did not like. Kari Lake forcefully questions the results of the 2020 election.
Strong Evidence of Blatant Violation of Law Requiring “Maximum Degree” of “Impartiality”
The Arizona Sun Times reports that areas impacted by tabulation machine and printer problems on election day averaged 300% more registered Republicans than Democrats. The table below lists the 70 voting centers named by Maricopa County as having tabulator/ballot printer problems .
Furthermore, the list shows that any Democrat-heavy districts, where Democrats comprised more than 50% of the registrations, were spared.
Maricopa Still Not Saying if the Number of Election Day, Polling Place Check-Ins Matches the Number of Ballots Cast
In a civil complaint now before the Arizona court filed by the Kari Lake campaign, the campaign raises the key issue which has emerged, of the number of check-ins at the polling stations on election day reconciling with the number of ballots cast. Because many voters could not see their ballots go into the tabulation machines due to problems, this would be one metric indicating whether or not all ballots which had to be dropped in a side bin for later tabulation were actually counted
The lawsuit asserts:
“According to the 2019 Elections Procedures Manual which governs this election, “the election board must conduct an audit to ensure that the number of voters who signed in on the signature roster or e-pollbook matches the number of ballots cast, including regular and provisional ballots…” [Lake v. Richer, Jarrett, et al, complaint ]
But Maricopa County has decided it is not bound to follow the rule, which as a part of the procedural manual which the Secretary of State is mandated by state law to produce, itself carries the force of law.
The manual is a central part of the election code. Arizona 16-452 reads:
“The rules shall be prescribed in an official instructions and procedures manual to be issued not later than December 31 of each odd-numbered year immediately preceding the general election. Before its issuance, the manual shall be approved by the governor and the attorney general. The secretary of state shall submit the manual to the governor and the attorney general not later than October 1 of the year before each general election.”
Failure by the Secretary of State to produce the manual is a Class 2 misdemeanor. It may be inferred that if legislative intent was to place such importance on production of the manual, it is important that it be followed as well.
As a remedy, it has been proposed that Maricopa County hold a do-over election, which has precedent.

Text of Kari Lake Complaint. Maricopa Violates Requirement to Divulge Numbers of Election Day Check-Ins and Ballots Cast

A cluster f#* doesn’t even come close to describing the chaos, all remarkably beneficial to the candidate who was double digits behind in the polls in an election that was projected to be an easy skate for Kari Lake, of the Arizona governor election.
Choice facts for a judge or jury to try:
- In an election where you are charging all votes didn’t get counted the first checkbox would be to see if the number of people who checked in on election day is the same as the number of ballots counted. Basic. But Maricopa County is hiding these numbers, and it is more than not nice. It is against the law.
Page three of complaint, published online by the Epoch Times:
“Because Defendants were unable or unwilling to conduct a reconciliation of voter check ins against ballots cast of each polling center on election night in accordance with Arizona law and have now unlawfully refused to produce public records in response to two public records requests regarding how they administered the election, Plaintiff cannot determine that every lawful vote will be properly counted…”
“access to a public record is deemed denied if a custodian fails to promptly respond to a request for production of a public record.” A.R.S. § 39-121.01(E)
- The “book” says knowing these things is not optional. Page twelve:

- It doesn’t end there. There seems to be no way to know how many ballots got counted because, according to earlier reports as well, counted ballots got mixed in with uncounted ballots in the famous “Box 3” Twilight Zone for ballots, in one case a reported 200 already counted ballots. If at a minimum 70 voting centers were affected, and some reports say many more, then similar errors across locations would make 14,000 votes at a minimum. Lake and Hobbs in the end were separated by only 16,000 votes, in a photo finish of .6%.
Page twelve of the complaint states:
“Many poll observers saw poll workers mix counted and uncounted ballots in the same container at the end of the night. (See Decl. Mettler Ex. 16, ¶ 10; Decl. Lindberg Ex. 20, ¶ 7;and Decl. Blankenship Ex. 21, ¶ 8).”
Evidence that the “problems” worked strategically against Lake is undeniable, since the election day walk-in vote is Republican-heavy, while the mail-in vote leans Democrat. But in addition to this, the Arizona Sun Times reports that affected areas averaged 300% more registered Republicans than Democrats. The table below lists the 70 voting centers named by Maricopa County as having tabulator/ballot printer problems .
Remarkably, the list shows that any Democrat-heavy district, where Democrats comprised more than 50% of the registrations, were spared.
The only solution seems to be a re-vote for Maricopa County, for which there is precedent.

How the Arizona 2022 Election Violates the Voting Rights Act of 1965
As the Arizona Attorney General moves forward on an investigation of the 2022 gubernatorial contest between Kari Lake and Katie Hobbs, close reading of the wording of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA,) the centerpiece of US election law, appears to stress that the mere casting of a vote, i.e. leaving a ballot in the possession of election authorities, is not sufficient to constitute voting.
The law states that election authorities not only may not “refuse to permit any person to vote who is entitled to vote” but also may not “willfully fail or refuse to tabulate, count, and report” votes. The distinction indicates that the counting process is as important as the act of casting a vote. In the 2022 AZ election, 30% to 48% of vote-counting machines, i.e. tabulators, did not function for various reasons, such as the ballot printer paper being of the wrong gauge.
The end result is that voters did not get to see their votes counted by insertion into the tabulation machine, nor were they allowed to witness an unbroken chain of custody and entry of the ballots into the machines later. It may be argued that this is in violation of the letter and spirit of the VRA, which guarantees not just the right to cast a vote, but the right to cast a meaningful vote.
It is a form of voter disenfranchisement. So far three Arizona counties have delayed certification of gubernatorial results due to concerns over the election.
In Maricopa County in 2022 it was revealed that in at least one precinct, if not others, around 200 ballots which had already been counted were co-mingled in the box, “Box 3,” reserved for ballots which had not been counted because of tabulator and ballot printer problems, thus spoiling entire batches. It is undisputed that election day walk-in voting in Maricopa heavily favored Kari Lake.
The official letter from the Arizona AG to Maricopa County states:
“The Elections Integrity Unit (“Unit”) of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County. These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law. Furthermore, statements made by both Chairman Gates and Recorder Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations…”
One of the most thoroughly documented effects of Maricopa County’s conduct of the 2020 election was long lines. Maricopa County even apologized for it. This was so especially in precincts which heavily tilted Republican by numbers of registered voters. This is clear evidence not just of incompetence, but malfeasance targeting a specific group.
The Arizona Sun Times reported that Maricopa County, 60% of the state’s population, was plagued with tabulation errors on election day which affected areas averaging over 300 percent more Republicans than Democrats.
Myrna Perez, director of the Brennan Center’s Voting Rights and Elections Program, defined voter suppression as “an attempt to depress turnout or participation where there is some actor trying to reduce access to the ballot.”
In the 2016 article “Voter Suppression Laws Cost Americans Their Voices at the Polls,” the liberal Center for American Progress, the Center included long lines as a means of voter suppresion, writing:
“Long lines also kept people from voting. Black voters across the country are, on average, forced to wait in line for twice as long as white voters.”
Voter suppression is defined at the legal resource Findlaw as:
“a political strategy — usually at the party-level but sometimes conducted by zealous individuals — designed to prevent a group of would-be voters from registering to vote or voting.”
A clear example of a tactic for voter suppression, according to Findlaw, is:
“Long lines at voting places.”
In 2020 NBC News published a piece on election integrity by a trio of experts, including one of whom was appointed by Rep. Nancy Pelosi to the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Board of Advisors. Included among possible evidence of “voter suppression” is “long lines or broken machines.”
The list of problems and inconsistencies in the Arizona 2022 statewide elections, which include the races for US Senate and state Attorney General, is long and varied, and all should be pointed out. A few of them:
- Katie Hobbs, the Democratic governor’s candidate, is also Secretary of State and as such the state’s chief elections officer. It has been argued that she should have recused herself from any role or recipient of privileged information regarding her race.
- Lake charges there is evidence of uncertified ballot printers and Dominion employees with illegal “unfettered access”.
- A downballot race for State Treasurer shows thousands of more votes cast for the GOP candidate than were cast in the statewide governor, US Senate, and state attorney general races.
- Only 17% of Maricopa election day voters were Democrat, but Democrats won close to 50% of election day totals.
Taken in total,point to a preponderance of evidence of election fraud. A motive for such sophisticated and Herculean effort is easy to see. Arizona is a key swing state in presidential contests. A gut-wrenching reform of the state’s election processes, as Republican candidate Kari Lake has promised, would remove Arizona from the short list of key states perpetually in controversy in every election.

Breaking November 21, 2022: As the media continues to use descriptors such as “unfounded” and “baseless” whenever writing about GOP governor candidate Kari Lake’s allegations of election fraud, Lake has released a video address indicating she is ready to fight for a partial re-vote.
On election day, Maricopa County supervisors announced that 70, or about 30%, of 223 voting center tabulators were encountering problems, forcing voters to leave their ballots in a holding box, “Slot 3,” for tabulation later in the day by the same officials who had overseen the mass, some say convenient, breakdown.
According to reports, Maricopa County will not answer the question of how many check-ins were recorded at Maricopa polling places, compared to how many votes were cast.
Of election day November 8, 2022, the conservative site Gateway Pundit reported:
“Before the election, Kari Lake held a 10-point lead in several recent polls, including an 11-point lead in the recent FOX 10 poll from Arizona….[On election day] tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept Republican voters waiting to cast their ballots. Republican voters were told to drop their ballots into a separate container called box 3 to be counted later. Election experts and election workers later reported that these uncounted ballots were mixed with already counted ballots, leaving no way of knowing if all legal votes were counted…”
Last week Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich entered the fray by announcing a full investigation of Lake’s allegations, which include rampant disenfranchisement of voters who chose to cast their ballots on election day, rather than through the mails or drop boxes. Republicans in the state had 72% of the turnout on election day. Democrats had only a 17% turnout. But for some reason, the remaining ballots after election day broke even between the two parties – despite Republicans holding strong leads in the polls.”
On election day in Maricopa County, which holds half the population of the state, the county election department acknowledged that 70 out of 223 Voting Centers, or about 30%, were experiencing problems with tabulators, forcing same-day voters, which tilt heavily Republican, to leave their ballots for entry into tabulators by election officials later.
Other estimates were that 48% of Maricopa County tabulators were having problems, although they were working fine during testing the night before, according to an election judge who now says she believes there was fraud.
GOP governor candidate Kari Lake has charged that voters were “disenfranchised.” Without being able to see their ballots actually go into a tabulator, many election day voters had no initial assurance their vote was counted.
Lake has called for a partial do-over.
A Maricopa County Election Judge, Michelle Swinnick, says she believes there was election fraud.
“In my opinion, the machines were programmed to do this, and it was all planned. The process and narrative, both machines and people. It was brilliantly done. They isolated the ballots to replace or not count them in 223 bags. The hard part for them in 2020 and during the primary was getting the ballots to match their manufactured machine count. This way, they have everything isolated in the bags.”
Another poll watcher who testified at the Maricopa County Commission meeting said that she witnessed that unexplained ballots were already present in the holding box for untabulated ballots, which should have been empty at the start of election day, resulting in 200 more ballots at the end of the day than the number of people who had checked in (Tweet below.)

While no positive effects can be expected, we show that the vaccines can trigger self-destructive processes that lead to debilitating illness and death….
Even early in the vaccine roll-out, scientists like Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, Professor emeritus of the University of Mainz, winner of the Aronson Prize for achievements in microbiology and immunology, worried about what the spike proteins would do once turned loose in the body. Apparently seeking to blunt autopsy studies by pathologists, a study by scientists affiliated with Kaiser Permanente, in contrast, concludes that vaccinated persons have lower, non-COVID, all-cause death rates than unvaccinated persons.
The Kaiser study would seem to throw cold water on the idea that the vaccines are killing people. But the study employs a critical deception.
Rather than count from the time that the shot begins to have effects on the body, which would be immediately, a person who is negatively impacted is not counted as being vaccinated until 14 days after the second shot in the case of Pfizer and Moderna, or 14 days after the J&J single shot. This is particularly deceptive because 80% of VAERS reports of unexpected deaths post-vaccine occur within 14 days after taking a shot.
A CDC advisory on breakthrough COVID infections, which means infections in vaccinated people, shows that a person is considered “vaccinated” only after 14 days have passed since the final shot:
“a vaccine breakthrough infection is defined as the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA or antigen in a respiratory specimen collected from a person ≥14 days after receipt of all recommended doses of an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine.”
Children’s Health Defense reports that one-third of unexpected deaths after vaccination takes place within 48 hours, after receiving a shot.
This means that anyone who took a COVID vaccine shot, walks out, and falls over dead in the parking lot of a heart attack or stroke is counted as a death of an “unvaccinated” person.

COVID vaccine injury claims have recently skyrocketed to 5400. The CDC’s VAERS Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System now has seven times the reported deaths possibly caused by the COVID vaccines as all other vaccines combined since the reporting system was created 30 years ago.

“The doctor now wants to get to the bottom of the rare, serious side effects of vaccination – such as cerebral vein thrombosis or autoimmune diseases. The problem from his point of view: Vaccinated people usually do not die under clinical observation. “The doctor examining the corpse does not establish any context with the vaccination and certifies a natural death and the patient is buried,” reports Schirmacher. “Or he certifies an unclear manner of death and the public prosecutor sees no third-party fault and releases the body for burial.””
The UK Daily Expose:
“Despite the criticism, Schirmacher did receive support from his own ranks, and the Federal Association of German Pathologists stated that more autopsies of vaccinated people who died within a certain time frame after vaccination should be performed….The Federal Association of Pathologists already requested this in March in a letter to Health Minister Jens Spahn (CDU), but it went unanswered.”
Another pathologist, Dr. Ryan Cole, MD, who holds medical degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, has made similar warnings about the vaccines. Dr. Cole shows his own lab evidence that Pfizer and Moderna mRNA spike protein injections may be quietly killing injection recipients through “micro-clots,” inflammation, and immune suppression.

Doctors for COVID Ethics last April sent letters to all members of European parliaments who were mandating the experimental vaccinations that they are committing Crimes Against Humanity. The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years, including typically one to three years of animal safety trials before human testing.
In June of 2021, enlisting the aid of certain doctors and scientists, the media launched into attack mode immediately after a Canadian immunologist warned that the Pfizer/Moderna injections might pose a danger to the body’s organs, in particular the heart, brain, and through blood clotting issues.
The immunologist, Professor Dr. Byram Bridle, said in an interview in May 2021 that data led him to conclude that “We made a big mistake” by rushing the drugs into mass circulation. Dr. Bridle had just received a $230,000 grant for coronavirus vaccine development.
Soon, the Internet was rife with “debunks” of Dr. Bridle’s concerns. A Reuters “fact check” proclaimed “There is no proof that spike proteins created in response to mRNA vaccines are harmful to the body, scientists have told Reuters.”
An anonymous Internet user even created a website using Dr. Bridle’s name, ByramBridle.com, and made the doctor and immunology professor out to be a “quack.” Thus an all-out campaign with unknown funding sources was at work smearing Dr. Bridle.
Dr. Bridle’s concerns were echoed by Dr. Robert Malone, one of the inventors of the mRNA technology now being used by Pfizer and Moderna. Dr. Malone said that, prior to the drugs’ emergency authorization use approvals, the FDA knew of these risks, because he himself had told them. Dr. Peter McCullough completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and did his internal medicine residency at the University of Washington, then went on to obtain a master’s degree in public health at the University of Michigan. He has published on a range of topics with over 1000 publications and over 600 citations in the National Library of Medicine. His works have appeared in the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, Lancet, and the British Medical Journal. Dr. McCullough has made presentations at the New York Academy of Sciences, the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the European Medicines Agency.
Dr. McCullough said:
“It is beyond any shadow of a doubt that the vaccines are causing large numbers of deaths…It’s unequivocal, and I’m a card-carrying epidemiologist. I’m telling you, the vaccines are causing large numbers of deaths,”
Dr. McCullough explains how scientists evaluate cause and effect:
“The epidemiological construct that we have to go through is called the ‘Bradford Hill Tenets of Causality.’ So, the first question is: ‘is it a large epidemiologic signal?’ And I’ll tell you – it’s astronomical. All of the vaccines combined in the United States per year – its no more than 150 deaths, not temporally related.
Here [with the Covid vaccine] we are at over 21,000 deaths. So clearly its a massive signal.
The third criteria: ‘is it internally consistent? Are there other conditions that are now acknowledged that they themselves could be fatal?’ And the answer is sure. With myocarditis, the FDA agrees – all the regulatory experts agree – that the vaccines cause myocarditis. Can it be fatal? Yes. Have there been fatal cases published? Yes… There are over 200 peer reviewed publications of myocarditis.
How about other forms of death? vaccine induced thrombosis, blood clots, stroke, hypertension, myocardial infection – a variety of other lethal syndromes. There’s over 1,000 peer reviewed published on fatal and non fatal outcomes [in regard to the Covid vaccine]. So that criteria is met. It’s internally consistent.”

Dr. Lang Resigns from Professional Association Citing “Corruption” and Cover-Up
In the December 4th presentation of the series, the pathologists said they had shown their findings to the leaders of their professional organizations, but had encountered what could only be described as “corruption.” Professor Dr. Walter Lang showed his letter of resignation from the German Pathological Association, of which he was an early member, in protest of this “corruption.”
Dr. Lang concluded that the leader of the group was interested only in “burying” his findings, “along with the dead.”
Dr. Lang said the medical establishment was now “monstrous.” He said that UK data showed people who had been vaccinated were more likely to catch COVID than those who had not, referencing the chart below, and that “vaccination is useless, it doesn’t protect you.” (Other sources, vaccinated vs. unvaccinated cases and deaths)

Pathologists’ Findings Follow Years of Dissident Doctors and Scientists Calling for Complete Halt to COVID Vaccine Roll-Outs
The findings in the German pathology series come after doctors and scientists have long called for a halt to the mass roll-out of the substances long before Phase III clinical trials are complete, which is at the earliest the end of 2022, and say that too little is known about the mRNA spike protein”s long-term effects in the body. These warnings include that of Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi in July of 2021, video below. Dr. Bhakdi is Professor emeritus of the University of Mainz, where he served as the chair of the department of medical microbiology and hygiene from 1991 to 2012. From 1990 to 2012, he served as Editor in Chief of Medical Microbiology and Immunology. In 2001 he was awarded the Aronson Prize for achievements in microbiology and immunology.

Dr. Bhakdi and Dr. Burkhardt have authored a joint statement, entitled “On COVID vaccines: why they cannot work, and irrefutable
evidence of their causative role in deaths after vaccination,” posted at Doctors for Covid Ethics.
In October of 2021, the peer-reviewed, highly-regarded science journal Toxicology Reports published a study which estimated deaths directly caused by the vaccines “could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA,” and stressed that long-term effects are as yet unknown.
After an uproar in the science community which resulted in the paper being formally retracted by the publisher, the authors of the paper stand by their estimate.

Pfizer has requested in the past that the clinical trials data for it’s COVID injection be kept hidden from public view for 75 years. Hospitals take in an average of $160,000 extra per COVID case from the US government. And in his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reveals that high FDA officials are allowed to owns parts of patents on the very drugs they are charged with regulating, and can keep up to $150,000 per year in royalties, for life.
In closing an interview of pathologist Dr. Burkhardt this Februrary, 2022, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi said:
“There’s no word to express this. If they don’t start doing something, they’re going to be in real trouble because let us state this very clearly. These agents are in experimental stage of use. There is an iron law saying that if you are introducing a medicine or an agent into the body of a person under experimental conditions, then you must always assume that if anything happens to the patient, it is the new agent that is causing it. And you are obliged to go and find out. You are not allowed to turn away, you are not allowed to turn away.”
Best estimates are that COVID is a 99.8% recovery rate virus, similar to flu, according to Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis. Common flu is 99.9%.

Fauci Admits PCR COVID Tests Do Not Measure Illness or Contagiousness
Anthony Fauci has made the shocking assertion, on MSNBC, that a positive COVID test of the kind which has driven nations to abrogate their most basic constitutional rights – and divided immediate families – means nothing in terms of public health.
Fauci said just before the New Year, on Dec. 29, 2021:
“PCR doesn`t measure replication-competent virus. It measures viral particles, nucleic acid. So in other words, I could be infected, have cleared the replication competent virus from me, but I can continue to be positive with a PCR for several days after recovering and not being transmissible at all.
The only way you can tell if it`s transmissible, if you can show that there really is live replication virus in you. And the tests don`t measure that.“
Thus in one fell swoop, Fauci undermined the basis for quarantine for a 99.8% recovery rate illness, which like flu strikes down overwhelmingly end-of-life elderly, and admitted that the basis for “lockdowns,” and media alarms preparing the public for more of them, are junk. Some scientists have long attempted to explain that the PCR test only shows the presence of at least a minute fragment of a virus, as someone who has long recovered might have.
In 2020 the president of Tanzania famously sent a sample to a lab to be PCR-tested for COVID, without telling the lab what the sample was. It came back positive. The sample was of a paw paw fruit.
In the MSNBC interview, Fauci confirmed the words of his most vocal critic, the late inventor of the PCR test, Nobel Prize winner Dr. Kary Mullis. In 1997 Dr. Mullis said that the PCR test was of little use in detecting viral illnesses, at that time referring to HIV.
Dr. Mullis, who died in 2019 just three months before COVID hit, also had some choice words for Fauci during their contemporaneous careers, saying:
“Tony Fauci does not mind going on television, in front of the people that pay his salary, and lie directly into the camera.”
Nevertheless, the media still sounds ominous warnings about cases of COVID “variants” rising or falling, flexing the muscles of emergency powers claimed by governments as a permanent “new normal.”

French Attorney Working with Reiner Fuellmich Arrested and Released, is Working on Crimes Against Humanity Charges Against Bill Gates, Fauci, Schwab, Others
The attorney, Virginie de Araujo Recchia, is on a team of lawyers led by attorney Reiner Fuellmich, widely known for successful lawsuits against Deutsche Bank and Volkswagon. Recchia was arrested on March 22 without charges and then released days later, after international outcry.
Fuellmich has filed a complaint charging Crimes Against Humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, focusing on the British government but with possible subpoena powers of nationals in other countries. The ICC has assigned the docket number OTP-CR-473/21.
Among the charges made in the ICC complaint are:
- “The number of covid-19 cases have been artificially inflated due to the inaccuracy and unreliability of the PCR testing…”
- “a further way that the Covid-19 statistics have been artificially inflated is by the ‘rebranding’ of the common influenza, pneumonia and other respiratory infections as covid -19. “
- “Massive short-term damage and death from the ‘vaccines’. “
- Proven increase in spontaneous abortion after a Covid m-RNA ‘vaccination. A recent study in the New England Medical Journal showed 8 in 10 women had a miscarriage after taking a Covid ‘vaccine’ before the third trimester (Appendix 25)
- the suppression of safe and effective alternative treatments for Covid-19 amounts to murder and warrants a full investigation by the court.
Soon after Virginie de Araujo Recchia was arrested by French police at her home, her supporters put out the following press release.
Via Nigerian news outlet Paradise News:
“[Translation]: We are informing you that the lawyer M. Virginie de Araujo-Recchia was arrested this morning and placed in custody. We don’t fully know the circumstances under which such a measure was decided and what she is being charged with. We have been trying since this morning to determine where she has been taken. All our efforts in this regard have so far been in vain. Thanks for circulating this message, without changing a single word. We’ll keep you informed as soon as possible.“
Recchia was released on March 27 after international outcry.
