US Senator Joni Ernst has written a letter to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack demanding to know why the USDA is “funding of a collaboration with a Chinese Communist Party-linked researcher involving dangerous bird flu experiments.”

Biden’s USDA Funding Risky CCP-affiliated Avian Research
“WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) is demanding answers to why the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is funding a collaboration with a Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-linked researcher involving dangerous bird flu experiments.
She pointed out a researcher involved with these experiments is affiliated with China’s infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology, from where the COVID-19 pandemic is believed to have leaked. Like the dangerous experiments on coronaviruses conducted in unsafe labs in Wuhan, this collaboration will involve a form of gain?of?function research that could make the virus more infectious.
With Iowa being the nation’s leading egg producer and experiencing devastating poultry losses this past year due to avian flu, avian flu research and prevention is a personal priority for Ernst. She believes those efforts, however, should not involve the forced mutation of a virus to become more deadly, especially in unsafe Chinese labs that do not adhere to the absolute highest safety standards.
In a letter to Secretary Tom Vilsack, Ernst wrote, “I am writing to obtain information about the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s ongoing funding of a collaboration with a Chinese Communist Party-linked researcher involving dangerous bird flu experiments and recent support for other animal labs in adversarial nations. I was troubled to learn from the non-profit group White Coat Waste Project that USDA is supporting experiments involving “a highly pathogenic avian influenza virus” that poses a “risk to both animals and humans” in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), which is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, and a researcher affiliated with the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Biden USDA began financing the collaboration for “wet-lab virology” to study “newly emerging avian influenza viruses” in April 2021. The project has already received at least $1 million of U.S. taxpayers’ money to date and is slated to be funded through 2026.”
“USDA serves a vital role detecting and preventing avian influenza. Not just in Iowa, but around the world since diseases do not know or respect international boundaries. While this may require partnering with global competitors and even adversarial nations, we must never compromise public health standards in these efforts,” she continued.
She requested answers to get to the bottom of the full extent taxpayer dollars are being used for risky research connected to our adversaries and the health safety risk it poses.””
Governments Announcing the Onset of “Bird Flu”
Governments are announcing the beginnings of yet another pandemic, with new bird flu vaccines already being stockpiled. Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield, appearing on News Nation, said that, once again, the US was funding “gain-of-research” research which would make it easier for the virus to jump to humans. One prominent funder of such research is Bill Gates, through University of Wisconsin virus scientist Yoshihiro Kawaoka.

Redfield also said it’s “obvious” that COVID-19 was “educated,” or taught how to infect humans via gain-of-function research, by scientists at the Wuhan lab.
Regarding gain-of-function, the doctor explained he’s been calling for a moratorium on the research for years.
“I think it puts our world at great risk. We have a risk of natural spillover, but there is a species barrier. I’m obviously most worried about Bird Flu. Right now, it takes five amino acid change for it to be effectively infecting humans. That’s a pretty heavy species barrier, but this virus is already now in 26 mammal species, as you saw most recently in cattle. But in the laboratory, I could make it highly infectious for humans in months. Because it’s been published which five amino acids I need to change, and so I don’t think that research should be done. That’s the real threat, that’s the real biosecurity threat that these university labs are doing bio-experiments that are INTENTIONALLY modifying viruses – and Bird Flu I think is going to be the cause of the great pandemic – where they are teaching these viruses to be more infectious for humans.“
Excess Deaths Around the World Skyrocket to Unprecedented Levels
Excess deaths since 2022 in the UK were primarily in the vaccinated, official UK data show, according to an analysis by The Daily Sceptic. The findings mirror data published by the UK Office of National Statistics (ONS) in July 2022, which show that for the time period published, vaccinated persons had a higher risk of dying than unvaccinated, for all age groups, especially children, who had a nearly 2,000% higher mortality rate among two-dose vaccinated children than unvaccinated, and over 4,000% higher mortality in three dose vaccinated, between January 2021 and May 2022.
The shocking data has received no coverage in the major media, now concerned with reporting growing instances of spreading and rapidly mutating Bird Flu, which former CDC Director Robert Redfield now says is a result of “intentionally” modifying the virus.
Worldwide, about 30 million more people have died than would normally be expected since 2020, or about 20% more people, the vast majority since the COVID vaccine roll-out in 2021. In contrast, the official count of total global COVID deaths is only about 7 million.
Unremarked Excess Death Waves Around the World Since Vaccine Roll-Out, Disappearance of COVID
Normally in recent years around 57 million to 58 million people die worldwide, 57 million in 2017 and 2018, and 58 million in 2019. In 2020, 2021, and 2022 that number jumped to nearly 70 million, a 21% increase.
In the US, excess deaths since the 2021 COVID vaccine roll-out, through 2023, are about 1.57 million. Of these, only 667,000 of can be accounted for by COVID. This leaves 905,000 unaccounted for, non-COVID US excess deaths.

The Daily Sceptic’s findings follow the UK Office of National Statistics recent announcement in December 2023 that henceforth, it would calculate excess deaths differently, with the result that there would no longer be any excess deaths. Excess deaths in a population is the number of deaths over what would normally be expected.
Public data also shows tight correlations between vaccination rates and excess deaths in many countries.
Pathologists have established probable cause between Covid vaccines and excess deaths. University of Ottawa Professor Denis Rancourt has estimated that at least 17 million people have died worldwide as a direct result of the shots. This would account for 74% of the unexplained rise in excess deaths.
Even though the high numbers of excess deaths taking place around the world that are not officially designated as COVID deaths, and even though COVID is at all time lows, the medical establishment nevertheless continues to ignore evidence such as the ONS data and maintains that COVID is, in fact, somehow still responsible, as well as other factors such as climate change, as in the article below.
However, the correlation between excess deaths and vaccination status is unmistakable, as reported in the Daily Sceptic, using publicly released official UK Office of National Statistics data sources.

“Wall of Silence”
In the UK a group of Members of Parliament have demanded, in a letter, that the government release data which would cast light on the level of responsibility of the vaccines for excess deaths. So far the government has refused.
In the letter the MPs wrote:
“If those data do indeed exist, please share them; if thorough investigations have already ruled out such a link, please share the relevant reports … There is no place here for blind faith … Questions about these trends … have been met with a … wall of silence.”

Many doctors and scientists have long been calling for a halt to the mRNA genetic manipulators referred to as the COVID vaccines, and were warning against them even before they were released. The most comprehensive collection of these calls can be found at the website Totality of Evidence. Some doctors and scientists maintain that, so clear were the dangers, and so clear are the patterns of the deaths associated with different COVID vaccine batches, that it can only be concluded that the vaccines were part of a deliberate campaign to cause death and harm.

In 2021, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, Professor Emeritus of the University of Mainz, and winner of the Aronson Prize in microbiology and immunology, warned that the mRNA agents would cause the autoimmune system to attack its own body, in all the organs, as the mRNA spike proteins circulated throughout the body wreaking havoc. However, the mainstream media, as well as Internet sites such as Youtube, have aggressively censored any views from experts which contradict the official FDA, CDC, and World Health Organization insistence that the COVID vaccines are “safe and effective.”
The official CDC repository of COVID vaccine death and injury reports, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), lists over 35,000 reports of death in the US after injection of the COVID vaccine. But many scientists contend that this is but a small fraction of actual vaccine deaths, since even the CDC itself admits that VAERS reports are always an underestimate. The CDC says at its website:
“Underreporting” is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS. The term, underreporting refers to the fact that VAERS receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events.”
“Underreporting” is inevitable since autopsies are almost never performed following unexpected death after the vaccine. The FDA is presently refusing to release the records of what autopsies it is in possession of, after a Freedom of Information Act request lodged by The Epoch Times, citing “privacy” concerns. But such records are routinely released after FOIA requests with names and personal information simply redacted.
In Japan on April 13, 2024, a massive demonstration took place, headlined by doctors and scientists, which called for a halt to “compulsory toxic vaccination” with the mRNA shots, which an Osaka University Medical Professor called “pathogens…disguised as vaccines.” The demonstration, although estimated by organizers to have brought together over 80,000 people, was entirely blacked-out and unreported by the mainstream media, which pulls in more advertising revenue from pharmaceuticals companies than from any other industry.
“Brought to you by Pfizer” has become a familiar refrain to anyone who watches television.
On April 19, 2023, Tucker Carlson, in his last broadcast before being forced off Fox News, called the major media “filthy,” “dishonest,” and “disgusting” for pushing vaccines known to cause “heart attacks, fertility problems and death.”
By way of comparison, in 1976 a new Swine Flu vaccine was pulled from the market after only 25 unexplained deaths, even though 40 million shots had already been administered.
The obvious question arises when the case is made that COVID and the resultant vaccines are essentially a part of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated on Mankind: Why?
Many observers including presidential candidate RFK Jr., investment banker and former Bush administration official Catherine Austin Fitts, Tulsi Gabbard, and a constellation of well-placed experts such as former Silicon Valley engineer Aman Jabbi warn that it is the intention of the wealthiest elite to require all people, except themselves, to submit to a universal digital ID and cashless financial system based on biometrics such as facial recognition, in which all transactions are centrally monitored. Any person can be shut off from the ability to function by simply flicking a switch, as is the case right now in China.
Such a system would end all political protest and dissent, and ensure the grip on power presently exercised by the present billionaire elite who comprise the powerful World Economic Forum and other such elite gatherings.
