Outspoken investment banker and former President George HW Bush official Catherine Austin Fitts says that the concerted drive by the Biden administration toward CBDC, referred to as Central Bank Digital Currency, would result in a slave society in which every person’s purchasing decisions were subject to approval by the government, and a China-style “social credit score” system will determine what privileges one has in society.
Fitts says CBDC is not a currency, since a true currency can be saved or spent as the owner chooses. Central bank “currency” is really a centralized ledger of debits and credits which can be limited in their use, expired by a certain date (making savings plans impossible,) or shut off completely. Fitts likens it a a system of “credits at the company store.”
CBDC would be tied to a China-style surveillance system gathering information on social “behaviors.” The Hill in “Coming soon: America’s own social credit system” writes:
“China’s social credit system is a combination of government and business surveillance that gives citizens a “score” that can restrict the ability of individuals to take actions — such as purchasing plane tickets, acquiring property or taking loans — because of behaviors. Given the position of several major American companies, a similar system may be coming here sooner than you think. “
The system is described glowingly as inevitable and the solution to many problems such as inflation. Biden and proponents such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren would doubtless deny that social credit scoring is the plan, but Biden also blatantly lied that COVID vaccinations would never be mandatory, making his words meaningless.
Biden’s Executive Order 14067 on CBDC is couched in innocuous terms such as “responsible development” to “protect consumers.” But Robert F. Kennedy Jr. calls it: a “huge play for authoritarian control.”
Catherine Austin Fitts cautions that with CBDC:
“You can implement complete control. Let’s say I want to mandate a vaccine, your access to your financial assets can be denied or stopped if you don’t do what you are told.”
Fitts explained that there was no limit to the level of control over people that CBDC would allow. Presumably it could force compliance with any experimental “medical intervention,” on pain of shunning and cut-off from food shopping. This would include government access to one’s children.

“If they can put a chip in your hand and implement a financial transaction control grid, it’s not just that they can mandate a vaccine or cut you off from food, they can and will take your children,”
Fitts says:
“this fight is for all the marbles. And I assure you, those guys can print money. They don’t need your money. They want your land, they want your gold and they want your kids. Those are the real assets they are after,”

CBDC is not really currency but a system of debits and credits in a central, government-run database, which would allow the government to shut-off peoples’ money in the event of behaviors deemed “anti-social,” such as refusal to submit to an experimental “vaccine” or any other “medical intervention,” forever into the future.
The Silicon Valley Bank crisis signals a consolidation of the banking system in order to facilitate the roll-out of CBDC. Tucker Carlson saw the writing on the wall, as did Twitter users, and many who have been warning of the World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset” endgame for years.

In the US the central bank is the Federal Reserve. It is still hotly debated whether or not the Federal Reserve is Constitutional in the first place. The Constitution reserves to the US Treasury the sole power to print money.
CBDC differs from present digital transactions, such as debit cards, in that there will no longer be any physical cash, in fact it will be outlawed, and every transaction must be cleared through a single computer domain, and stored in a master government database. Fitts likens the system to the replacement of money with one vast ledger of debits and credits “at the company store.” Only approved transactions will go through.
CBDC is nothing like Bitcoin because Bitcoin is controlled by its users. CBDC is controlled by the government and quasi-government central banks.
CBDC will be promoted as a wonderful advance in human progress for its convenience, and sold as the answer to runaway inflation and financial chaos.
The readiness of governments to use such powers became apparent during the Canadian anti-vaccine mandate convoy of 2022, when PM Justin Trudeau froze the personal bank accounts of participating truckers, and demanded they follow his injection mandates. Even though by that time the CDC VAERS database had already recorded over 20,000 COVID vaccine-linked deaths in the US. This was likely a vast undercount, according to Columbia Professor Spiro Pantazatos, who estimates US COVID vaccine deaths are more likely in the many hundreds of thousands.

Besides imposed starvation through not being able to purchase food, other examples of control are allowing transactions to go through only in a five-mile radius of your home, restrictions on boarding public transportation, or denial of access to public spaces. Each person’s profile will determine what they can or cannot do with their direct deposit or other credits.
Billionaire’s Club The World Economic Forum Calling for CBDC
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is the billionaire’s club consisting of the most powerful men on the planet, which meets every year in Davos, Switzerland, in a flotilla of private jets. It makes no secret of its ambitions to control and “monitor” people around-the-clock.
Edward Dowd, a former Wall Street, Blackrock investment guru, says the reason this has become urgent for the financial elite is that much of the nation’s wealth, and that of other nations, has been plundered by global elites, and the ability to paper it over by printing money has come to an end.
When it becomes apparent that Social Security and social programs in other countries are bankrupt, and the US dollar is nearly worthless without its status as the reserve currency, there will be social unrest and possibly calls for the heads of those who did the looting.
Therefore elites must have an iron grip on populations before this happens.
Klaus Schwab, the founder of the WEF, wrote in his 2017 book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution”:
“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.”
Lest anyone believe this was just one random musing, one of Schwab’s closest advisors in the WEF, Professor Yuval Harari, has charmingly articulated the elites’ view that “humans are now hackable animals” and ”free will…is over.”

“These are slavers”
Secretary Fitts makes clear that in order to understand the mentality of this enemy, one must understand that “these are slavers,” as has always existed in the Old World. “They believe in slavery”, says Fitts, as the natural order of things. The strong were made to exploit the weak, in any way they wish, and there is nothing to apologize for.
Fitts points out that, historically, slavery has been the most profitable of all businesses, including “the addictions.”
Any doubt as to the cabal’s ruthlessness can be laid to rest by the simple recent observation that experimental COVID shots have been pushed on young children, and we now know that they do not stop infection, do not stop transmission, and are nothing but risk for young people and kids more likely to be struck by lighting than to die of COVID.
More concerning is that the government has lied about all of this from the start, which can reasonably be taken to mean that it is lying about everything, now including the real purpose of CBDC.
The WEF’s Klaus Schwab has said he admires China, a totalitarian government which is already cashless, as an economic “model” for other nations. In 2022 Chinese President Xi locked down the entire city of Shanghai for weeks, in an arbitrary and senseless “Zero Covid” experiment. Residents who exited their apartments were beaten by police in hazmat suits.
The policy was based on the number of false-positive-prone PCR tests coming out positive, for the mild “Omicron variant” which ostensibly spread more easily but was even less deadly than SARS-2 COVID, a 99.8% overall recovery rate virus similar to flu, which even the FBI now says was likely created in a lab.
Nevertheless, Schwab, whose World Economic Forum is foisting CBDC on the planet, views Xi as a leader who understands how things must be done.

The many monumental lies that can now be seen to have been perpetuated to maximize fear during COVID is all the proof necessary to see that COVID was the start of a long-planned drive to central bank control over humanity, which will require every human who is not part of the billionaire elite to have an electronic, digital ID on their person at all times. This is already rolled out in Sweden, an under-the-skin biochip. No conspiracy theorizing is necessary. It is already here.

In the US, the ground is already being prepared for a “social credit score” system which would be part and parcel of a Central Bank Digital Currency.
Were it to be determined, for example, that a user was spreading “misinformation” by making a social media post challenging the results of an election, that user’s money could simply be shut off, most likely through an AI program written to detect such infractions.
Mark Crispin Miller writes, in, “With big banks going under, CBDC’s can’t be far behind—and if we don’t STOP them, “lockdown” will be total, and eternal, for us all”:
“…such currency will not be yours to spend as you see fit, but only on those things “your” government allows, and only if the state has not declared you a “domestic terrorist” or spreader of “hate speech” and/or “misinformation.””

The Resistance Begins
The reaction to the Silicon Valley Bank liquidity crisis has been remarkably swift. A liquidity crisis is different from insolvency because SVB is not insolvent, it merely lacks the funds on hand to pay out the deposits being pulled out at once, a result of fractional reserve banking.
Thus it has not escaped notice that the SVB episode, like COVID, is being overplayed, and likely precedes a year-long campaign of smaller banks being bought up by larger banks, in a run-up toward CBDC.
It is nothing less than the final fight over the future of humanity, which will either breath the air of relative freedom for more generations, or enter a dystopian lockdown that never ends, what Orwell described as “a boot stamping on a human face—forever.”
RFK Jr. uses the example three surfers in California getting arrested for “using the ocean” during “lockdown.” With CBDC biochips, facial recognition, and GPS surveillance, it would be easy to see that the surfers were there, and not use resources chasing them down on the beach. Police could simply fine their CBDC accounts $1,000 or whatever, and then go to their homes later and arrest them.
The most important actions will come from the states. In South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem just vetoed a bill, HB 1193, which would have paved the way for CBDC by defining Federal Reserve CBDC as “money” but not independent cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. About 20 other states have such bills pending, and their governors should veto them as well. The states are below.

In the US Congress, US House Majority Whip Tom Emmers (R-MN) recently introduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act to squash CBDC as surveillance tool and a tool of monetary policy. In the US Senate Sen. Ted Cruz has introduced companion legislation.
And in what could become a movement worldwide, #BlueCollarBoycott is a movement of the workmen and women in the trades who build the infrastructure of the world, who will refuse contracts from companies engaged in building the “prisons” of the UN/WEF “15 Minute Cities,” which restrict most movement of people to small enclaves, using technologies including CBDC.
#BlueCollarBoycott seems to have heard Catherine Austin Fitts in her exhortation for us to “stop building our own prisons.” Fitts takes note of the fact that elites cannot themselves emplace the infrastructure of repression. Those who will be repressed must do it. Fitts also believes concerned citizens could start rejecting the repressors by withdrawing deposits from large, nationally chartered Federal Reserve member banks and placing them in community banks. With information hard to come by, the best way to find out if your bank is a Federal Reserve member bank is to ask them.

Former UK Secretary of State for Health Matt Hancock, whose position was the equivalent of Anthony Fauci’s, has played a key role in rolling out COVID vaccine mandates, and is a darling of the World Economic Forum (WEF) a private billionaire’s club which works with governments worldwide to bring about its vision in which almost every human is identified and monitored by a digital ID, which ties into a cashless, central bank credit and debit system which can be used to reward or punish behavior.
The WEF makes no secret of its ambitions to control people and remove all personal freedoms and privacy. Klaus Schwab, the founder of the WEF, wrote in his 2017 book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution”:

A digital ID “proof of vaccination” is emerging as the “tag” Schwab refers to, which every person will be required to have in order to shop for food, receive medical treatment, travel, make any purchases and otherwise simply survive. Those rebelling will be consigned to isolation, sickness, starvation, and death. The day could come when they are even hunted down as “anti-socials” and “disease carriers.” Holocaust survivor and vaccine passport opponent Vera Sharav points out that Nazi persecution of the Jews was based not on religion, but on purported concern for public health.
The “passports” will eventually become biometric implants as are already being tested in Sweden, which will determine what a person can do and where they can go, at all times.
One of the biggest proponents of the “tags” i.e. vaccine passports is Bill Gates. No conspiracy theorizing is necessary, because Gates stated in his own words, in mid-2020 long before the shots were even invented, that all people would soon need some sort of “digital immunity certificate” (video below.)
Gates also has expressed disdain for people having any choice in receiving “vaccinations,” saying, also in 2020, “You don’t have a choice…normalcy only returns when we’ve…vaccinated the entire global population…

The problem is these are not the irrelevant musings of a random billionaire. Not only is he close to Schwab, Gates is the world’s largest single contributor to WHO, which is now maneuvering to dictate global health policy. When Gates-founded-and-controlled GAVI’s donation to WHO is added to that of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, it surpasses that of the second largest contributor, the United States. What Gates wants for the world, Gates can get, if resistance is not sufficient.

“…Gates’s priorities have become the WHO’s.”
Gates’ character as sketched by his history in the Third World is not one from which one can draw comfort. Despite a typical campaign of “fact-checks” and “debunks” of any criticism of Gates, appearing in “fact check” sites which receive donations from Gates, Gates’ critics steadfastly maintain that his Gardasil experiments in India killed or crippled young girls across the country whose families were illiterate and could not read a consent form, according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of Children’s Health Defense, reports by the Economic Times of India. and witnesses like Dr. Visant Lad.
On a more prosaic level, it is well-known that Gates has been rotten to the core from the start, having ripped off his first business partner Paul Allen of his shares in Microsoft while Allen had cancer.

Leaks Follow Growing Certainty That COVID Was Man-Made
The leaks follow hard on the heels of recent determinations that the “conspiracy theorists” were right, by the FBI, the US Department of Energy, and former CDC Director Robert Redfield, who now say that the COVID virus was most likely man-made. And despite his denials, former US Coronavirus Task Force Director Anthony Fauci is presently under investigation for directing NIH funds to Wuhan lab in China for research that made coronaviruses more dangerous.
Fauci has been referred to the Biden Department of Justice criminal division for lying to Congress about the purpose of “gain of function” funding to the Wuhan lab, a bioweapons arm of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.
The US State Department states:
“Despite the WIV [Wuhan Institute of Virology] presenting itself as a civilian institution, the United States has determined that the WIV has collaborated on publications and secret projects with China’s military.”
Any funding to Wuhan lab from US taxpayers through Fauci’s NIAID are in essence funds to the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and the Chinese Communist Party, which maintain an iron grip on all aspects of Chinese society.
Retired US Army Col., Dr. Lawrence Sellin in 2021 detailed what is known about the military command and control structure of China’s bioweapons program, in “Report: China’s Military Weapon COVID-19 Was Constructed Completely Under the Command and Control of the Chinese Military.”
Fauci has referred to scientists under PLA command and control at Wuhan as “partners.”

Far-be-it from being an accidental lab “leak,” some observers believe that COVID is a deliberately created bioweapon intended to force an agenda on the global population not yet subject to China-style controls. Exiled Chinese virologist Dr. Li-Meng Yan, who fled China in 2020 and whose mother was arrested by Chinese authorities later that year in retribution, has long maintained that COVID is a “unrestricted bioweapon.”
As recently as February 2023 Dr. Yan told media “of course, it was not an accident.”
But in August of 2022 Fauci roundly attacked any idea that COVID was man-made as beyond the pale of valid criticism, a “conspiracy theory” and a “distortion of reality.” Fauci earnestly leaned into the camera and explained that while he appreciated scientific disagreement, COVID being man-made was nonsensical and, agreeing with Rachel Maddow, even “dangerous.” Fauci told Maddow:
“What we are dealing with now is a distortion of reality, conspiracy theories which don’t make any sense at all.”
In 1997 Dr. Kary Mullis, Nobel Prize winner and inventor of the now-misused PCR test, said in an interview:
“Tony Fauci does not mind going on television, in front of the people that pay his salary, and lie directly into the camera.”
Dr. Mullis, Fauci’s most outspoken critic, died in 2019 just three months before COVID hit.

Blackrock Media Monopoly Not Interested in Fauci’s Many Lies
The US media, largely owned and controlled by elite investment companies Blackrock and Vanguard which own or control most of the world’s hard assets, and are owning more every day, is remarkably uninterested in Fauci’s demonstrable history of lies and distortions.
Blackrock Investments is the world’s largest investment manager, with $10 trillion in assets. It manages wealth for the world’s most powerful families, including Rockefeller, Bush, Rothschild and Vanderbilt.
The NY Post reported this March 2023, as the new GOP majority in the US House of Representatives released the unredacted versions of Fauci’s emails, that Fauci sat in Congress and completely played Congress and the American people. Fauci cited a paper which argued against the man-made COVID theory and said, on April 17, 2020:
“There was a study recently, where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences … in bats as they evolve and the mutations that it took to get to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species from an animal to a human.”
“So, the paper will be available. I don’t have the authors right now, but we can make it available to you.”
The problem was that Fauci knew exactly who the authors were. He himself had commissioned the paper, had edited it, and had final approval. The NY Post writes:
“the paper’s co-author Dr. Kristian Andersen admits Fauci “prompted” him to write the paper with the goal to “disprove” the lab leak theory.”
The paper was “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2.”
The Washington Examiner writes:
“[Fauci] falsely represented the paper as an independent confirmation of what he was saying. It was neither independent nor a confirmation.”
Other Fauci lies were that the “vaccines” stop transmission, (they don’t), that hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin don’t help COVID (they do), and that the “vaccines” were safe and effective (they are not.)

Hancock, a politician all his life and not an MD, famously wept tears of happiness as the first British were shown on TV receiving COVID shots, including a Mr. William Shakespeare (video below.) Five months later, Shakespeare was dead, of a stroke, a known side effect of the mRNA injections, which was nevertheless reported to be “unrelated.”
However, in the Fall of 2021, pathologists performing autopsy studies, such as Dr. Arne Burkhardt of the Universities of Hamburg, and Professor Dr. Walter Lang, pathologist at the Hannover Medical School, determined that the COVID vaccines were the direct cause of many deaths due to the human body attacking itself as a result of a confused autoimmune system.
And in December 2022 the 180-year-old BMJ, The British Medical Journal, published a peer-reviewed study which concluded unequivocally that for every person the Covid shots kept out of the hospital, they put nearly 20 other people at death’s door, or even killed them. The study in the prestigious journal has received no media coverage whatsoever.

Other people in high places who are favorites of Klaus Schwab and the WEF, who have pushed hard for vaccine mandates and censorship of any opposing views, are Justin Trudeau, Bill Gates, California Governor Gavin Newsom, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, to name a few, who are all members of Schwab’s Young Global Leaders Program.

The story of the leaks is almost as dramatic as the leaks themselves. The messages were leaked to the Telegraph by Isabel Oakeshott, a UK journalist who co-authored Hancock’s new book, The Pandemic Diaries. Oakeshott told UK’s Independent TV that she believed the leak was in “the public interest,” and that she has been threatened with legal action by Hancock for breaking a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA,) which she signed before Hancock gave her access to the messages.
However, NDAs are null in cases of criminal behavior. Oakeshott insists her decision is “not a personal thing” against Hancock.
Last Saturday Oakeshott penned a column describing how a sensitive and unstable teenager, “Mark,” had already had already suffered from the first UK lockdown, and could not cope with a new round of fear, as authorities such as Hancock began hinting ominously that it might be necessary to cancel Christmas. Despondent and “paranoid” to the point where he was afraid to open his windows, Mark finally hung himself.
Oakeshott says “It isn’t about [Hancock], it’s not about me.”
Central to the agenda, Agenda 2030, which now consumes the WEF, is the abolition of all cash, to be replaced by a system of debits and credits controlled by central banks.
Investment banker and former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President George HW Bush, Catherine Austin Fitts, likens the system desired by elites to a system of “credits at the company store,” in which only major corporations have survived such as Amazon, and one’s ability to purchase can be shut off at any time, with no due process whatsoever.
WEF founder Schwab has said he admires China, a totalitarian government which is already cashless, as an economic “model” for other nations.
Schwab calls his greater vision “stakeholder capitalism,” an alliance of big business and the state, the textbook definition of Nazi National Socialism.
The potential of such a system for social control became apparent during the Canadian anti-vaccine mandate truck convoy of 2022, when PM Justin Trudeau froze the personal bank accounts of participating truckers, and demanded they follow his injection mandates.
Under such a system, all political resistance and dissent is futile, and a tiny elite may loot public and private wealth at will, with no consequences.
Central, however, to the success of the control program is the institution of a sort of health dictatorship, which enforces coerced, regular adult injections and digital ID proof of compliance. Hancock’s text messages are an indication from a primary player that COVID may be a deliberate bioweapon to bring about these goals.
The vaccination and vaccine passport push already has untold numbers of victims, even though they are not being reported by the Blackrock Media. The popular American TV host Dr. Drew recently hosted a Columbia University professor who estimates that the true number of US deaths due to the vaccines is already in the hundreds of thousands.
In China, the vaccine rolled out was Sinovac, a traditional dead-virus vaccine which has been free of the deaths and side effects associated with the mRNA substances used in the US.

As the US response to what was reported as a new virus out of bat caves in China ramped up, Bill Gates and the World Health Organization (WHO) teamed up to produce influential studies designed to turn researchers away from hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) as a remedy for COVID. Doctors around the world were reporting great success when used properly in the early stages. (Palmer Foundation: Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust to fund Covid-19 drug trials.)
As for “why,” FDA regulations do not allow “emergency use authorization (EUA)” to be granted to experimental vaccines unless there is no “available alternative.” Were alternative remedies such as HCQ to take hold, public funding, and the suspension of normal, years-long safety trials, especially for long-term effects, would have not been possible.
The WHO studies, and others also funded by Gates, subjected COVID patients to known lethal doses of HCQ, or about four times the maximum label dose. In one of the studies, the UK Recovery Trial run by Oxford University, COVID patients who were subjected to the dosages died at a rate 10% higher than those who were given nothing at all. The dosages were known to be lethal because the WHO itself had conducted the studies.
HCQ is one of the most heavily used, best understood medicines in the world, with doctors in any tropical region prescribing it regularly for malaria. The Gates-backed studies follow a pattern of junk-science studies, or worse, dangerous ones, being touted across the media as evidence of HCQ inefficacy, as opposed to the high standards which were demanded by Anthony Fauci for studies which showed effectiveness.
One April 2020 study which comes to the top of any search engine, even now, is a Georgia VA study involving 368 male COVID patients, which concludes no help from HCQ. But in the sloppiest of sloppy science, dosages are not specified, which would not be acceptable even in a high school science project. Nevertheless, the non-peer reviewed study was and is still trumpeted by online People Magazine, under the headline “Hydroxychloroquine Was Ineffective Against Coronavirus and Linked to Higher Death Rate, Study Finds.”
In May of 2021, the Indian Bar Association (IBA) sued WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, in the High Court of Bombay, for Crimes Against Humanity by recommending “against the use” of another life-saving treatment for COVID, Ivermectin. The IBA noted that the punishment for the severest of allegations against Swaminathan is the death penalty. [IBA Complaint]
Comprehensive collections of all available studies on HCQ and Ivermectin overwhelmingly show benefit when used properly and early.
In the US, Ohio attorney Thomas Renz has formed a national network of lawyers bringing lawsuits by people who believe they have been harmed by government COVID policies and/or the vaccines.
Gates is Single Biggest Source of Funding for WHO
Gates’ contributions are the single largest source of funding for WHO, greater even than the US share, when the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded GAVI contributions are combined. WHO is currently in the process, again, of proposing to national governments, including the US, a treaty that would transfer national sovereignty to WHO and the UN in the event of a pandemic, in essence making Gates a world dictator.
The chairman of WHO, Tedros Ghebreyesus, is a close Gates ally who rose from the ranks of a US State Department terrorist list organization, the Ethiopian Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPFL.)
The treaty would require nations to order mandatory lockdowns, mandatory and forced vaccinations, and detentions. Gates’ influence on WHO in carrying out his personal agenda is unquestioned.

HCQ studies as a whole still show overwhelmingly favorable results in the treatment of COVID, showing 72% lower mortality when administered early.
Yale School of Public Health’s Dr. Harvey Risch said in December of 2022 that US health authorities (such as Anthony Fauci) had sentenced up to “500,000 people to death from the infection because they couldn’t get treated because of the suppression of these treatments.” (Risch video) Dr. Robert Malone, an mRNA vaccine pioneer and now a prominent critic of the vaccines he helped create, made a similar estimate when he addressed Anthony Fauci on-camera, saying:
“Look Tony, there are over half a million deaths in the United States for this virus, completely unnecessary because the federal government has very actively blocked the ability of physicians to provide lifesaving medications early in the infection. “

Massive Doses Never Given by Doctors Given in WHO-Gates Backed HCQ Studies
Dr. Meryl Nass, MD, an internal medicine specialist in Ellsworth, Maine, noted in her blog in June of 2020 that WHO’s own consultant, in a past study, had determined that 1500 – 2000 mg of HCQ all at once could be a lethal dose. HCQ generally comes in a standard 200 mg dose per pill.

Dr. Nass wrote in her blog in June 2020:
“The WHO hired a consultant to explore the toxicity of chloroquine in 1979. The consultant, H. Weniger, looked at 335 episodes of adult poisoning by chloroquine drugs. Weniger on page 5 notes that a single dose of 1.5-2 grams of chloroquine base “may be fatal.” According to Browning and Goldfrank, the pharmacokinetics and potency of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are almost identical…”

The maximum official recommended dose for HCQ in the treatment of other maladies is 2000 mg total over 4 days. In the UK Recovery Trial, with “core funding” from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, a dosage of 9600 mg over 10 days was administered.

Solidarity Trial dosing was similarly excessive, 8800 mg over 10 days, according to the protocol for the Norwegian arm of the study which took place over multiple countries.

HCQ Studies Halted After Completely Predictable Harms
About a month after they started, both the WHO Solidarity Trial and the UK Recovery Trial were halted, with great fanfare. In a statement which is prominent on the Internet to this day, on June 5, 2020, the UK Recovery Trial sponsored by the University of Oxford asserted “No clinical benefit from use of hydroxychloroquine in hospitalised patients with COVID-19”:
“Today’s preliminary results from the RECOVERY Trial are quite clear – hydroxychloroquine does not reduce the risk of death among hospitalised patients with this new disease.”
No mention of the dosages is made.
On June 15, 2020, the FDA withdrew Emergency Use Authorization for HCQ, directly citing the UK Recovery trial as a reason (FDA letter.)
In its attached “Memorandum Explaining Basis for Revocation of Emergency Use Authorization for Emergency Use of Chloroquine Phosphate and Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate,” the FDA wrote:
“the RECOVERY Trial results offer persuasive evidence of a lack of benefit of HCQ in the treatment of hospitalized patients with COVID-19.”
The trials backed by Gates were stopped prematurely due to predictable poor results, which generated headlines greatly dampening enthusiasm for the study of HCQ in the treatment of COVID.

Doctors Persecuted
Yet doctors who followed the science and the experience of other doctors around the world were fired, threatened with prosecution, had their medical licenses yanked, and were smeared as “quacks” despite lifetimes of impeccable service.

Now it turns out that an organization which led attacks on doctors who prescribed an HCQ or Ivermectin protocol for COVID, “No License for Disinformation,” was also funded heavily by Bill Gates. This was discovered in the summer of 2022 when one of the doctors so persecuted, Dr. Mary Bowden (in video above), hired a private investigator to find out who was behind the attack on her medical license.

As of July 2021, 20 countries were using Ivermectin to treat Covid-19, including Mexico, Guatemala, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Nigeria, and Egypt.

In the US, since COVID began, 94% of deaths listed as from COVID have been people over age 50, and 75% of those over age 65. Government totals do not distinguish between COVID as the primary cause of death or a “contributing” cause of death, which could mean merely a positive test.
In March 2020, even before news of the possible success of HCQ became widely known, Gates began funding a University of Washington study which found it ineffective in treating COVID. But the study administered HCQ alone rather than in the specific protocol combining it with Zinc and Azithromycin.
The University of Washington, to which Gates and Seattle-based Microsoft are its most generous donors, ran another study discounting HCQ which was doomed to fail. Gates has given nearly a half billion dollars to UW over the years.

That Gates had a personal interest in seeing alternative remedies like HCQ fail became apparent in July of 2020 when, after trials he had funded predictably failed, he called the use of HCQ “outrageous.” Gates is not a doctor, a scientist, nor even a college graduate.

But the coup d’grace in corrupting the medical establishment for Gates is WHO. As the UN health organization charged with leading the world’s response to a pandemic, WHO has outsized influence on any aspect of a response. In turn, mega-donor Bill Gates has outsized influence on WHO.
Gates’ Prior Offenses
In June of 2020 Gates plied $750 million on Oxford for a campaign to vaccinate people in poor countries with Astrazeneca. Astrazeneca’s vaccine has now been banned in 18 countries so far over deaths and severe blood clots. The episode is reminiscent of Gates’ sordid history in the Third World, especially India and Africa, which despite a vigorous “debunk” campaign calling this a “conspiracy theory,” is attested to by Indian doctors such as Dr. Visant Lad. WHO Attacks Un-Vaccinated as “Killing Force,” Despite Pharma Admissions That Vaccines Do Not Stop Transmission, and Were Never Even Tested for It
The World Health Organization’s (WHO,) largest donation comes from the combined donations of two Bill Gates-controlled entities, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI,) which Gates founded.
Despite its own record of conducting deadly experiments such as the lethally-dosed Solidarity Trial, and responsibility for possibly millionso f deaths through fraud committed to deny life-saving remedies, WHO has just released a video which attacks the un-COVID-vaccinated and “anti-vaccine activism” as a “major killing force globally.”
In October 2022, Pfizer President of International Developed Markets, Janine Small, in a hearing before European Parliament, was asked by member MEP Rob Roos:
“Was the Pfizer Covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market?”
Small’s answer was “No.”
Not only did the Pfizer product not stop transmission. It was never even tested for it.
Pfizer has one of the worst product safety records in the world, having been slapped with over $10 billion in fines since 2000.
Nevertheless, the likes of Anthony Fauci and Rachel Maddow over the last years maintained that the unvaccinated were ‘spreaders,’ despite knowing that the drugs had never been tested for their ability to stop the spread of COVID. Fauci and Maddow are thusly perpetrators of outright, material fraud.

It can be safely said that the interests of WHO and Gates are closely intertwined. In 2019, the Washington Post scoffed at the idea that Gates did not have active influence in the organizations he donates billions to. Reporting on another area of Gates philanthropy, education, the Washington Post noted in an article entitled, “Um, Who Are Bill and Melinda Gates Trying to Kid?”:
“…the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s annual letter was published and addressed nine things the couple said surprised them along their philanthropic journey.
This was Surprise #8: “Textbooks are becoming obsolete.”
The two then discuss the issue, not actually proving that textbooks are becoming obsolete — possibly because they aren’t — but instead talking up the virtues of online education. Why would the founder of Microsoft want to tout online education?”
Politico said:
“Some billionaires are satisfied with buying themselves an island. Bill Gates got a United Nations health agency in Geneva…Over the past decade, the world’s richest man has become the World Health Organization’s second biggest donor, second only to the United States and just above the United Kingdom…The result, say his critics, is that Gates’ priorities have become the WHO’s.”
Although not a doctor, a scientist, nor even a college graduate, Gates once offered a medical opinion, on national TV, that HCQ is plagued by “severe side effects,” although it is considered a safe drug taken by billions of people each year, including children and lactating women, for the treatment and prevention of malaria. Given Gates’ medical credentials, the opinion may as well have been coming from a plumber who reads a lot.
At the same time, distinguished scientists like Dr. Harvey Risch, Professor Emeritus, Senior Research Scientist in Epidemiology, Yale University, MD, PhD, Cal Tech, is kicked off Twitter after Biden administration officials, doing the bidding of Bill Gates and Big Pharma, get their heads together with Twitter and decide desperately ill people should not hear what Dr. Risch has to say. Indian Health Authority Doctors Blow Whistle on WHO Solidarity Trial
India’s ICMR is its official medical research agency, roughly the equivalent of the CDC in the US. Alluding to the extremely high doses of HQC being administered in the WHO Solidarity Trial, in May of 2020 the New Indian Express reported in “ICMR writes to WHO disagreeing with HCQ assessment, officials say international trial dosage four times higher than India”:
“India’s nodal government agency ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) overseeing the country’s response to the coronavirus pandemic has…written to the WHO citing differences in dosage standards between Indian and international trials that could explain the efficacy issues of HCQ in treating COVID-19 patients.”
The doctors at the ICMU told WHO that Solidarity’s doses were too high, and that good results were being obtained by Indian doctors prescribing 2400 mg spread out over five days, rather than in a toxic blast all at once..
The New Indian Express described its successful protocol:
“HCQ dosages are administered in the following way- 1st day a heavy dose of 400mg HCQ dose once in the morning and one at night, followed by 200 mg HCQ one in the morning and one at night to be followed for the next four days. The total dosage administered to a patient in 5 days, therefore, amounts to 2400 mg.”
Dr. Meryl Nass, MD wrote in her blog in June of 2020:
“Last week, I was alerted to the fact that India’s ICMR, its official medical research agency, had written to the WHO, telling WHO that the hydroxychloroquine doses being used in the Solidarity trial were 4 times higher than the doses being used in India. Then I learned that Singapore had been hesitant to participate in the WHO trial due to the hydroxychloroquine dose.”
In other words, WHO was administering nearly 10,000 mg, four times more, over 10 days, an extraordinary amount of HCQ.
Holocaust Survivor, Human Rights Activist Vera Sharav Minces No Words
Never one to mince words, Vera Sharav, a Holocaust survivor, tireless human rights activist, and founder of the Alliance for Human Research Protection, wrote in June 2020:
“Dr. Meryl Nass has uncovered a hornet’s nest of government sponsored Hydroxychloroquine experiments that were designed to kill severely ill, Covid-19 hospitalized patients. On June 14th Dr. Nass first identified two Covid-19 experiments in which massive, high toxic doses – four times higher than safe of hydroxychloroquine were being given to severely ill hospitalized patients in intensive care units.”
- Solidarity was being conducted by the World Health Organization, on 3500 Covid-19 patients at 400 hospitals, across 35 countries. The trial was suspended following the fraudulent Surgisphere report in The Lancet that claimed 35% higher death rates in patients receiving Hydroxychloroquine. But when The Lancet retracted the report, the WHO resumed the Solidarity trial. More than 100 countries expressed interest in participating in the trial.
- Recovery [Trial] experiment used very similar doses. It was sponsored by the Wellcome Trust (GlaxoSmithKline) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK government. The experiment was conducted at Oxford University, on 1,542 patients of these 396 patients (25.7%) who were in the high dose Hydroxychloroquine arm, died.“
In Brazil, a study published on April 24, 2020 administered 12,000 mg of chloroquine, a precursor of HCQ with a similar dosage profile, over 10 days. The study’s authors seemed surprised to note that:
” Lethality until day 13 was 39.0% in the high-dosage group (16 of 41) and 15.0% in the low-dosage group (6 of 40).”
The study obligingly concluded that:
“The preliminary findings of this study suggest that the higher CQ dosage should not be recommended for critically ill patients with COVID-19 because of its potential safety hazards…”
In 2021, long after the Gates-backed HCQ trials were exposed by Dr. Nass, the prestigious British Medical Journal nevertheless published“Misleading clinical evidence and systematic reviews on ivermectin for COVID-19,” by Luis Ignacio Garegnani of the Instituto Universitario del Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, Argentina. The article said:
“despite the development of new therapies and the attempts for implementing repurposed drugs (because of their potential immunomodulator or antiviral effects), no reliable specific therapy has been identified yet. Azithromycin, chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are some of those drugs, whose adverse effects and/or concerns about efficacy on COVID-19 treatment have determined its deimplementation by different agencies and regulatory authorities…” (Italics added)
The BMJ, very unscientifically, never specifies the studies which have determined the “deimplementation” of HCQ, but the Solidarity and Recovery studies are lingering in the air.
Even after the Recovery, Solidarity, and other high-dose trials have been discredited, Internet searches continue to turn up misinformation based on them, either directly or by inference. On April 24, 2020 the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota issued a stern warning that the FDA had issued a warning on the use of HCQ. The University of Minnesota posted:
“The warning is related to the potential for the drugs to prolong the QT interval—a cardiogram measurement used to assess some of the electrical properties of the heart—and cause abnormal heart rhythms, particularly in patients with cardiac conditions. Those risks may increase when the drugs are combined with the antibiotic azithromycin, which can further increase the risk for sudden cardiac arrest.
The post goes on to cite the flawed Brazil study. The warning remains online to this day, prominent in web searches on HCQ..
The tradition of maligning possibly good cures with junk science which borders on criminal continues in the ongoing war on HCQ as well as Ivermectin. As recently as December of 2022, lead investigator Dr. Adrian Hernandez, of the Duke University School of Medicine, generated a UPI headline “Another study shows ivermectin doesn’t work against COVID-19” in which the authors admit support from Big Pharma AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Pulmatric, Sanofi-Aventis, Genentech, NIH, NIAID. and the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative.
Dr. Hernendez’z’s study administered .6 mg of Ivermectin per kg of body weight for 6 days. The typical maximum dose for Ivermectin for common diseases is a one-time dose of .2 mg/kg, repeated after two weeks.
The metric for success in the study was that the patient not report any symptoms of COVID for 3 days, a loose threshold.
Hernandez’s’s study concluded: [the] “findings do not support the use of ivermectin in patients with mild to moderate COVID-19.” Interestingly, 84% of the study participants were vaccinated with two or more COVID vaccine doses.

A South Carolina Department of Health 2021 advisory warned that reports suggesting success in the use of Ivermectin for COVID were “unscientific.” But many were field reports from frontline doctors and were not meant to constitute full-blown studies. The SC Health Department advisory warns in “The Dangers of Using Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin for Preventing or Treating COVID-19”:
“In some unpublished reports in other countries (e.g., Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq) Ivermectin seemed to improve outcomes for COVID-19 patients, but these were not scientific studies. Multiple studies published on Ivermectin have been subsequently retracted when they were found to be based on falsified data or errors in analysis and are misleading.”
In its link to “misleading,” the SC Department of Heath circles back to the British Medical Journal article which never cites a study for its conclusions, but strongly suggests the Recovery Trial which had directly caused “different agencies and regulatory authorities,” such as the FDA, to ‘deimplement’ HCQ.
The Vaccines, Vaccines, and Only Vaccines Agenda Continues. Why?
By August of 2020 articles were appearing which warned against the misuse of drugs like HCQ and Ivermectin, which conflated improper use of the drugs with the drugs themselves. One was the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s “More than 100 Americans have died after taking hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 despite Donald Trump insisting people had ‘nothing to lose’ by trying the unproven drug.”
A year later, after over 6,000 deaths following the COVID vaccines had been reported to the same government reporting system, there was no headline in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, or any other newspaper. Now it is over 32,000. But if one person dies after misusing HCQ, it is reported across the media.
With a similar campaign taking place against Ivermectin, the primary objective remained on-track. Nothing would get in the way of universal access to everyone’s bloodstreams under the guise of “vaccination.”
Obviously this was important to someone, to people with the enormous power to corrupt entire institutions such as the mainstream media, government regulatory agencies, and the medical establishment. The lethal dosing of Recovery Trial and Solidarity Trial patients should have been big news, but instead, doctors talking about it risked being banned from Twitter for “misinformation,” and being branded as anti-vaxxer quacks, no matter how distinguished their credentials were.
Of the mainstream media, only Laura Ingraham in early 2020 got the story, and ran with it (below.) Even in the alternative media few were aware of the enormity of the deception, with the exception of Del Bigtree (below.)

But as a number of deep and critical thinkers have maintained, it is not that hard to figure out. The inexorable move toward universal, mandatory, regular mass vaccination is the key to the roll-out of a global, mandatory, digital ID, purportedly as proof of vaccine status but also now linked to every bit of information on everyone on the planet, who does not belong to a miniscule, exempt class of billionaires. The digital ID will be linked to a single digital currency, which can be shut off at the first sign of social “misbehavior.”
No conjecture or speculation on this is necessary. Elite cabals such as the World Economic Forum say openly, couching cashless society, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in terms such as “digital equality,” that this is the goal.
Investment banker and former President George HW Bush high official Catherine Auston Fitts explains that this will be akin to replacing cash with a system of credits and debits “at the company store.”
“many fear that a centrally-created and centrally-controlled digital currency, as opposed to a “decentralized” cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, would strip individual citizens of their autonomy, privacy, and financial freedom.”
Presaging how such a system could be used, Life Site notes that during the anti-COVID vaccine mandate truckers convoy of2021, the bank accounts of anyone making donations to the convoy were frozen, after troublesome law enforcement requirements. With a new CBDC system, the same outcome could be a matter of the flick of a switch in the hands of a central bank.
